Full to the brim with classic summer blooms - scented jasmine with white o’hara 🌸

The summer sun meant the beautiful floral scents radiated everywhere, it was simply gorgeous.

How can it be February already…here at Gill Pike Florist we haven’t stopped since the new year began. We have so much to share with you from January 🙌

But first we’d like to share some beautiful images of our first arch of 2025 at our favourite chapel…
Miss Bush’s first content day of the year & we were honoured to be asked to be a part of it.

As a florist January installs are always a little tricky given the time of year, however we are so pleased with the results!

The brief for the chapel was botanical & organic 🌿
Key for it to be natural, achieved with a willow structure, planted hyacinths on natural bulbs, a whole box of moss & planted primroses for a splash of colour 🌷
It was a tremendous riverbank of spring bulbs - a subtle reminder that spring will be here before we know it.

We are pleased to continue a fantastic partnership with this stunning venue. Having worked at Northbrook Park for years, it’s a firm favourite for us with such a beautiful blank canvas to dress in the Vine Room to some exciting designs & vibrant colours in the Orangery.
Coupled with the most welcoming & fantastic staff of course 🤗

Northbrook Park is a stunning Grade-II listed 18th-century manor house, nestled in the picturesque Hampshire countryside near the Surrey border. With breathtaking grounds and gardens, a tranquil lake, and a charming family of resident swans, it’s the perfect setting for your special day.

What a way to start 2025 🙌

Our first week back has been great….full of enquiries, consultations, site visits & bookings with some wonderful couples who tie the knot this year 💒💍

Whilst I enjoyed celebrating the Christmas break with friends and family, it was fantastic to be back in the office refreshed. Bouncing around lots of new ideas for 2025, exciting plans & a very full diary ✅

The infamous banquet layout in the main barn at Botley Hill has the most amazing view of the Surrey Hills.

This design intentionally incorporated bud vases & low blooms to ensure everyone could enjoy those views, avoid blocking guests from across the table & perfect for a sharing table set up.

A pleasure to work alongside for this stunning set up 🍴

All of our florals are a bespoke design for each venue and every couples vision.

I love this time of year as we slow down somewhat and have the opportunity to reflect on the year we’ve had.

Super happy to have received these beautiful photos from of another summer wedding at Botley Hill Barn.

A classic white wedding with some favourite June blooms… PEONIES which were spotless but had such a short season this year 🌸

Becky chose sage green dresses that complimented the white floral accents perfectly.
