I’m not sure about you, but I am longing for LIGHT! I’m very glad the darkest days of the year are behind us, and just cannot wait for more hours of daylight. More time to do things we love. More energy. More flowers too, although there are some lovely winter blooms, nothing, in my opinion, can beat the beauty of spring, summer and autumn florals. So much to choose from 😍

So here I am throwing it back to a firm favourite bouquet, featuring blousy roses, dainty hydrangeas paniculata, Daucus carota, lisianthus and cosmos all in a fluffy background of smokebush.

Why a favourite bouquet I hear you ask? Because it’s very me, because I was able to decide freely every single element. Colours, tones, flower combination, size, textures…and that freedom of creating is a moment of pure joy.

Time to re-introduce myself, after a long period of inactivity on social media. 2023 was a year of change, challenges, slight burnout, house hunting, and just too many things on my plate to be doing loads of weddings.

So, I took a break.

Did less of my own weddings but freelanced my bum off for other florists to create some magic and assisted other wedding planners on the wedding day. I’m grateful to each and every one of them for trusting me with their brand and couples ❤️

We just landed in 2024, and I have now moved slightly out of London, bought my own place, and I am ready for new connections, more freelancing, more flowers and weddings. With a slower pace, with intentions. Here is to a 2024 filled with magic ✨
