IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! You are NOT being ignored. Our systems are totally down. I have 700 emails, a couple a payment processor that isn’t accepting payments and a phone system that is not taking messages because so many of you have rung about not being able to pay. Please DONT try to pay on the system. It is holding money and even though it won’t take it out your account it will make it unavailable to you for the next 5-7 days. I am getting around to cancelling them all. Please don’t email or call. I am getting through everyone slowly and I have got all of your details I promise. No one has been missed but there are thousands of things to rectify and I have to prioritise the next two weeks bookings to ensure their events go as planned. I am constantly on the phone or emailing and have worked until 3am most nights this week. My kids have spent countless hours in our new unit playing while I work until late, and have been the ultimate example of love and support, happy to stay in a boring office because they know how important this week is for us. It’s hard to remember sometimes that businesses are run and owned by human beings. It is being fixed. So while I know it’s frustrating for you that you can’t get through to me or can’t make your payments, trust me, it’s just as frustrating for me and I’ve got it 350 bookings over. Huge shout out to those of you that have been so so lovely and patient when I have managed to ring and explain. I will be in touch soon and won’t stop working until it is done. Em. X
