The reason behind the complete radio silence on here … our new arrival joined us just over 2 weeks ago, so we are taking some well earned time off to enjoy our newborn baby bubble ☁️🫧

I want to try and enjoy this newborn stage for as long as possible. I do also have 2 other young children that require my time and attention, without the added pressure of also running a business for the time being..

I aim to open up my diary again from November for 24/25 bookings. I do already have dates in my diary booked in, so if you wish to secure a date please drop me a message , as I am only opening a very minimal amount of slots for the next 6 months.

Please note my replies will be a lot slower than usual, as I won’t be monitoring my inbox as often but I will get round to responding to you all eventually!

Our 3rd year running of providing decorations for Shelley College Prom. This is always an exciting project to work on, the students decided to go for a black and gold Old Hollywood/Art deco theme this year. We worked with their theme and colour choices to design, create and execute!

⛄ It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas ⛄ We had a lovely turn out for our Christmas Party on Wednesday last week with over 60 parents/carers and children attending!

We would like to say a big thank you to:

✨ Scissett Club whose past and ongoing fundraising has allowed us to be able to put on this event and provide gifts for everyone attending
🥪 Morrisons Meltham Community Champion and Morrisons waterloo whose contributions helped us with gifts for children and snacks for the party
👏 Volunteer Airah for providing her time to support
🎨 ARTIFACES Face painting & Body art for providing stunning face painting and balloon-modelling
🎩The Magic Matt Show for excellent entertainment which both adults and children alike were hooked on

WE ARE BACK‼️ AS MR & MRS💍

So I have never actually shown our faces on here or done a proper introduction so i guess now is the time🙈…. Disclaimer* I will absolutely not look like this on set ups 🤣

I am Lauren the founder of JaeluxePartyCo.
I am 29 years old very sad that this is my final year of my 20’s ( although I often get told I look 18 not sure if that’s a good or bad thing 🥹😂!?)
Saying ‘i’ seems slightly selfish because as much as I came up with the idea of this business, my now husband Jamal is the driving force behind the madness.
When times get tough or i need some reassurance he’s the one that keeps me sane and gives me the encouragement to carry on. You may see him on the occasional set up with me or taking down and collecting props ( the worst part haha )
He’s deffo the handy man behind the scenes & is always on hand to help blow up balloons or prep some vinyl ( I appreciate him more than I may show👀)

•We have 2 children - aged 5 & nearly 2 (bonfire night baby)

•We recently got married abroad in Cyprus this month with our family and closest friends, which was amazing and now makes me a whole wifey🤪💍. I planned & designed everything myself ( I am a slight control freak) It was the best time of my life & I am very sad to be back, I feel like I belong in the sun ( already searching for the next holiday haha) ✈️☀️

The brief was to match the school logo colours, we went for muted chrome colours to create a classy luxe finish instead of bright & bold. ..Fun fact I attended this school 13 years ago!😩time goes so fast! 🥲
