Try to include as much detail as you can in your invitations on accommodation, travel, the venue etc. If you have a wedding website include the link or a QR code. A TOP TIP FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS!
To avoid last minute panics and a lack of guests, send out your save the dates and your actual invitations well in advance, so that your friends and family have plenty of time to arrange their trip to your chosen location. We recommend at least 12 months for save the dates and a minimum of 6 months for the actual invitations. If you are not sending save the dates, then let your guests know around 12 months in advance. ✈️💕

ARE YOU GENERATING A QR CODE FOR YOUR WEDDING WEBSITE?
Just a little bit of advice to anyone creating a wedding QR code for their wedding invitations etc. Always check that the company you use to generate the code offer a completely free service. Many companies give you the code as a free trial for a week or two and then it stops working, which can cause many problems!

Why not save time and stamps and send your save the dates digitally. Simply send us all your info and we will create a personalised save the date that you can send on to your guests via email, text etc. This design has a travel theme and is perfect for a wedding abroad or for couples who like to travel. We send you a draft to check. If you are happy everything is correct we then send you a final copy for you to send out to your friends and family. Easy Peasy!

We have listened to our customers and included all the best features of our Passport Wedding Invitations into our new design. It now includes a passport photo page, 2 pages of guest information, a boarding pass style invite with stub for RSVP, QR code or a choice of other content. To finish it off you can choose between a metallic finish aeroplane personalised with your wedding date, or a personalised tag.
