Today we had the absolute pleasure of catering for a lovely ladies milestone Birthday. We had a brief set by our clients and delivered a complete Gluten Free buffet of their choice.

We have a few pics but to get the taste buds tingling the full Menu choice was as follows;

Camargue Red Rice with diced feta, shallot, rocket and a balsamic, mustard & garlic dressing

Minestrone Pasta Salad, carrot, shallot,courgette, mixed vine tomatoes, Canellini beans. Seasoned with garlic and a light citrus drizzle

Harissa Devilled Eggs

New Potato Salad

Green Salad

Baked Salmon
Roast Turkey Crown
Apricot Glazed Ham
Chicken Satay
Vegetable Samosas
Pigs in Blankies

It was hot and busy in the kitchen, time flew and pics were missed but everything was perfectly presented, oozed flavour and delivered to the Birthday Girl ready for her evening of celebrations 🥳

We went the whole hog for this Welcome Home party 🥳 🎉
Despite the windy conditions, our team have set up this wonderful spread you could really "pig out" on, with delicious fresh salad, apple sauce, chilli jam, stuffing, and succulent pulled pork 😋
