IS IT TIME NOW??

This is a really common question that I get asked frequently, but the answer isn't quite black and white.

If you're looking for a made-to-order wedding dress, we usually recommend about 12 months before your wedding day is a good time to go shopping.

If your wedding is relatively soon, and you're looking for an off-the-peg wedding dress, you can leave it to the day before! Although we STRONGLY recommend you don't do this, and it won't allow for any alterations!

The bottom line is: WHEN YOU'RE READY. That's emotionally and financially 🥹

So come whenever! But if you're not sure, drop us a message and we can give you our advice 😀

❌ You must bring lots of people...
The more opinions in the room, the harder it is. Keep the surprise!

❌ You'll know "The One" instantly...
Sometimes it takes a little time. Keep the dress on for a while, take some time to process it. It might not be instant, but you will know. Don't overthink it.

❌ Wedding dresses should be white...
I only have ONE pure white sample in the shop. Ivory is the way, plus think about blush, mocha and champagne. You might surprise yourself!

A little extra sparkle to a simple veil ✨... the comb is finished with a row of pretty pearls for plenty of detail. Individual pearls placed near the top of the veil, give the illusion they are cascading from the comb. Simple but stunning! 😍

I'M SORRY LADIES - But your dress is going to get DIRTY, but trust me, it'll be worth it 🥰

Why not book in to get your dress cleaned afterwards, and get those stains out? Getting this done AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after the day helps remove these stains before they set in, as well as the oils, sweat and other residues that will ruin your dress over time 😭

This way your dress can stay preserved, and possible to then pass down to future generations or for selling 👌
