Here at Phoenix events we will endeavor
to bring you the best possible craft event we can provide, all e-mails and requests for booking forms etc will be dealt with quickly, either via FB e-mail or actual mail. we offer various ways to pay for your stall with discounts and varied options, We will advertise as much as we possibly can within a budget locally, this means laminated posters on lamp
posts, shop windows libraries, pubs, clubs, business & community centers, radio shout outs wherever possible, radio interviews if we can, free entry for customers to encourage as many people as we can through the doors, signs at least A4 and A3 size pointing the right way on as many possible visible posts en route within a 2 mile radius of the venue... FB spamming as many times as we can get away with in the run up to the event, sharing on at least 8 to 10 local spotted pages and as many selling pages, e-mails to all my contacts, an events page with up to date lists of confirmed stall holders. what we won't do is promise to make you rich overnight, if we have have previously had low footfall at a venue we always will tell you, as there are no guarantees it will be the same, we will not offer refunds for low or slow footfall. we still have to advertise and hire the venue, we also provide you with free tea and coffee all day, just to keep you going. What we expect from our stall holders is a smile and interaction to potential customers, chat with other stall holders ( they are after all people with cash in their pockets) we also expect you the stall holder to advertise as much as you possibly can by adding all your friends to the invited guests list on the event page, sharing posters on your pages, if you are a member of a group or have a notice board at work and its free to put up posters we'd appreciate it after all its in YOUR interest to get people to YOUR stall. We want you to have a stress free and happy day with us, we want you to keep coming back we want customers to keep coming back we don't demand public liability insurance as all our venues are covered, we don't demand product liability either, if you refund or replace we are happy with that, we trust you will not sell anything dangerous or harmful to your customers.
