Just a friendly reminder to pinch your chrysanthemums ✂️
If they’re just garden plants it doesn’t really matter. If you’re growing them for cut flowers it really does. If you don’t pinch them you’ll end up with one huge tree trunk stem (I learnt the hard way). For lots of usable stems make sure you give them a pinch 🤏
So many flowers grown by me made it into Kathryn and Simons wedding last weekend. There’s something so cool about growing the flowers you are going to design with.
I’m not at the point yet where everything is 100% grown by me for big weddings. It’s hard to have the variety to hit the color palettes. I got a lot of extra British goodies from @highcroftnurseries and a few stems from further afield but I’d say 90% of the blooms were British- which is pretty good going for a late season wedding 🙌

Such a beautiful venue and look at that view 😍
Picking for DIY wedding buckets for a lovely Mum to decorate her daughters wedding reception 🍁
I’m completely blown away by these chrysanthemums- I’m astonished that I grew them 🤯
Where the flowers come from. It’s total chaos and totally beautiful (just like life).
From the flower field to Meraki Coffee Co. 💐
A summery anniversary bouquet filled with Ilfracombe grown blooms 💐
I feel I should mention that it’s ‘British Flower Week’ but, for us, every week is British flower week 🌸
Thank you for your gift bouquet orders this week 💐
If you would to order flowers from me I just need a days notice. All our flowers are picked to order to ensure the very best vase life. Delivery is available or you can pick up your bouquet from my home. You can send me a DM or a text on 07502709912 to order flowers 💕
Still some time to grab yourself a little jar of spring from Stacc and Meraki Coffee Co. This weeks are particularly beautiful with nearly everything grown right here in Ilfracombe ☺️
The prep for Mother’s Day begins.
I was hoping that the flowers would be a bit further along but it’s been so wet and cold. Luckily, I’ve ordered lots from Cornwall that are arriving tomorrow.
Still, lots of bits and pieces picked from the field to be tucked into Mother’s Day bouquets 💐 💕
