Happy New Year and congratulations if you’ve gotten engaged over the festive period.

Thank you for a flurry of recent wedding enquiries. If you’re considering booking me as your wedding florist (firstly: thank you 🫶🏽) this is how it works and a bit more about me:

🌼 send me an email/ WhatsApp/ DM. My number is 07502709912 and my email address is [email protected]. I really don’t mind which form of communication you use to get hold of me. Let me know the date and vaguely what you’re looking for.

🌻 I’ll reply with my price list and if I’m available for that date.

🌸 I take a small deposit to secure the date and the reminding balance of due 7 days before the wedding.

🌺 Unlike lots of florists I don’t have a minimum spend because I grow most of the flowers- I’m more than happy to just make you a bridal bouquet.

🌹 I love colour and everything I make is a tad wild (I can’t help it) so, if your after natural, wild flower vibe florals, then I’m your gal.

🌸 I’ve just got a new flower plot and I’m spending the winter planting hundreds of roses, perennials and flowering shrubs and trees to ensure I have the most interesting, beautiful flowers to design with for years to come.

I’ve had a delivery of roses and I bought some extra to sell on. They’re the same high quality rose bushes I use for wedding work. Lots of colours available (white, cream, pinks, yellows). I’m now taking Christmas wreath orders. Fully biodegradable and made sustainably, using local ingredients. Delivery from December 1st 🎄

£30 for just greenery.
£38 for a fancier one with some berries, oranges and other bits and pieces.

We don’t ever use floral foam so all our funeral flowers are bio-degradable and filled with as many locally grown flowers as possible (every one of these stems was grown by me 🌍)

Just a friendly reminder to pinch your chrysanthemums ✂️ If they’re just garden plants it doesn’t really matter. If you’re growing them for cut flowers it really does. If you don’t pinch them you’ll end up with one huge tree trunk stem (I learnt the hard way). For lots of usable stems make sure you give them a pinch 🤏

So many flowers grown by me made it into Kathryn and Simons wedding last weekend. There’s something so cool about growing the flowers you are going to design with. I’m not at the point yet where everything is 100% grown by me for big weddings. It’s hard to have the variety to hit the color palettes. I got a lot of extra British goodies from @highcroftnurseries and a few stems from further afield but I’d say 90% of the blooms were British- which is pretty good going for a late season wedding 🙌 Venue: Tunnels Beaches
