And that’s a wrap!

Today’s sell out pop-up was last dance with (I’m not crying you are) as he moves to Sydney next week to pursue his career in barbering.

I have never really told Cory how much value he added to the business, from sat huddled in the rainy industrial estate car parks in February to battling through ridiculous amount of checks on the 5-10 actual summer days we enjoyed this year, he only complained 40% of the time.

Thank you so much mate and I wish you well for the next chapter of this incredible journey you’re on. Your comeback is more impressive and inspiring than almost anything I can think of and I’m proud to say I witnessed it first hand.

Lay off the sun beds.

This weekend It’s @cozzanas ‘ last @bini_taphouse pop up as he’s heading off to change the barbering scene in Sydney Australia! Many of you don’t know ‘the story of Cory’ but for all the grief and aggro I like to give him on a daily basis (likening him to a nagging old wife) I am extremely proud of the adversity he has gone through and the new life he has forged for himself - a proper rebrand. Pop down and say hello, I’m going to hassle him for a burger special of the weekend ❤️

Who remembers this absolute beast. Secret recipe chicken thigh and thick cut smoked streaky bacon betwixt a couple of fluffy waffles Lashings of maple syrup. *and pickles because you have to eat your greens… Rumoured to be on the special board opening weekend…

I’d like to think I’m a man of my word so… I’m back baby, the bitch is back! After a great year back in the kitchen at Ilkley Moor Vaults we are going to be back by popular demand! We are really excited to work with a whole host of the regions best breweries and festivals with our pop up kitchen. More details to be released over the coming weeks so keep an eye on our socials!
