📌✨ A reminder of our payment policy ✨📌

Our payment policy is communicated as soon as we receive your enquiry. Terms & Conditions are found on the booking form, before we receive any payment. We then ask £30 non-refundable deposit to secure your date with the remaining balance due one week prior to event. The refundable breakage deposit is to be paid cash on installation (unless it’s a third party venue then this is also due with final balance).

Bookings will unfortunately be CANCELLED if our payment policy is not adhered to. However we are all human and a polite message to let us know if there is a slight delay is appreciated.

All slots are allocated once final payments are received and worked around our family commitments.

Just a gentle reminder that a booking is not confirmed or put in our diary until a deposit has been received (or the full amount if less than one week).

We encounter a number of enquiries a day and have limited spaces each weekend so please secure your date to avoid disappointment. We do hold dates for 24 hours or until a date that has been agreed but once this has passed, we assume you no longer wish to book and make the dates available again. Please re-check dates are still available after this period before sending deposit and booking form.

Can you also kindly make sure that the booking form is filled in so an invoice/receipt can be sent. A booking form without the matching deposit is still not a secured booking and the above still applies. Thank you all for understanding.

✨ Bell Tent Season 2025 ✨

This is your chance to secure a booking for 2025 but only pay 2024 prices. If you have a date in mind, please get in touch. From only £150. (We already have a fully booked weekend in July! 🤩)

Bell tents can be used for all sorts of occasions and can be set up in various ways depending on your needs. Please send us a quick brief and we can take it from there 🥰

We require 6m x 6m fully grassed area (no patio or Astro) with no obstructions (play equipment, garden furniture etc). We currently hold three 4m canvas bell tents and may be adding a larger one in the near future. Watch this space 👀

We have over 30 themes to choose from and are more than happy to play around with our inventory to create something to suit.
