🎨✨ Fizzing Colour Art for Kids! ✨🎨
A Tried & Tested Summer Holiday Favourite

Looking for a fun, simple, and science-packed activity to keep the kids creative at home? Try this colourful fizzing art experiment, it’s a sensory treat and a mini science lesson in one!

What You’ll Need:
• Baking soda
• Vinegar
• Food colouring
• Dropper or paintbrush
• Thick card or paper

Let’s Get Fizzing:
1. Spread a layer of baking soda over your card or paper.
2. Mix a few drops of food colouring into small pots of vinegar (one colour per pot or mix them for surprises!).
3. Use a dropper or brush to drip the colourful vinegar onto the baking soda.
4. Watch it fizz, bubble, and burst into bright, beautiful art! 🌈💥

Top Tip:
Mix colours for even more fizz-tastic results , every piece is a surprise!

🎉 June Science Sunday – What a Day! 🧪🎨

What an amazing day filled with fun experiments, laughter, and hands-on learning!

🕺 The raisins were definitely dancing, and the parents joined right in 🤩 huge thanks to all the mums, dads, and grandparents who made it even more fun! 🤗

🎨 Our science art paint was a big hit too, painted pieces were left to dry overnight, ready for sanding, blending, and even more creativity the next day! 🤩

We’re so grateful to everyone who came along and joined in, and a massive thank you to Eastgate Shopping Centre for providing these FREE activities, what a gift to the community. 💛

🗓️ Save the date for our next Science Sunday – the last Sunday in July! You won’t want to miss it.

🔬✨ 6 MONTHS of Science Sunday Fun! 🚤💥 We’re celebrating 6 full months of Science Sunday and what an amazing journey it’s been! 🥳🎉

Another brilliant session this month experimenting with boat-powered engines and some seriously bubbly fun with Joe! 💧🧼 We explored water and soap reactions, watched dancing raisins 💃🍇, built our own boats 🚢, and recorded our experiments in action! 🎥🔍

As always, it was full of learning some things worked, some didn’t 😅 but that’s the joy of science! We all learned something new from each other. 💡🤝

A huge thank you to Mad Hatters of Moray for inviting us to be part of your creative fun day at the RAF camp!🤗

It was such a lovely day filled with joy, laughter, and lots of happy faces. We had the pleasure of spreading smiles through our FITKIDZ activities and Mad Hatters’ beautiful “Bee Happy” story and songs 🐝

The children had a lovely time, and so did we! To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious roast dinner and the yummiest cupcakes… yum yum!

What a fun and memorable day, thank you for having us! 🦋🌺🌻🌞🌸
