We have had some confusion today, and I just wanted to clarify this again. Some brides feel I should hold gowns longer, but unfortunately, being such a small business, we don't have the room to do this but we do hold your gowns for 2 weeks to give brides time to collect, we also have a separate storage unit if brides would like to put there dress into this but there is a cost of £100 for 6 months there is no Obligation to do this and we do feel it's in the brides best interest to collect there gown within the 2 weeks. We're sorry if this full information isn't always provided at appointments, but we will always let brides no dresses can come in early or late from the estimated time giving to us from the designer and if they would be happy to collect early. This information will now be added to our order forms as well as finding out this information on our website and socials.

A quick reminder again brides.

Please understand this is out of our control and we do always make brides aware that dresses can come in earlier or late. It's spoken about at every appointment. What we don't always advise at appointment is that we can only now hold dresses for a max of 2 weeks (14days) due to space at Lillia Bridal but you will find this information on our socials and wedsite. we can however pop your dress into storage for £100 for 6 months if you don't want to collect your gown within the 2 weeks but the remaining balance of your dress must be paid within this 2 weeks.
