💫 Anyone else looking for a well-being boost to balance the darker evenings? 💫 Join us for a beginner friendly, one hour practice and enjoy the many benefits of yoga: on all levels of our being. We start with mindfulness and breath work, followed by asanas (yoga poses) and a guided relaxation at the end.

Bring a yoga mat (or borrow one from me) + a blanket for the relaxation.

Evening good people of Rothienorman! We still have plenty spaces left for our wreath making class on Saturday 29th November. If we dont get any more spaces filled we may have to cancel this event due to lack of numbers.
