We’re so sorry to anyone who has struggled to contact us, had delays with emails and booking confirmations etc. We are having a bit of a disaster!
Unfortunately our internet has been down for a week now / working incredibly slow at the office, this then affects the phone as it’s a digital line. I have been trying to report this issue with the provider who said there is no faults! On top of this as I’m sure a lot of people in the area have noticed signal with EE has gone down and the suggestion of using WIFI call at the office isn’t possible and our back up internet provider is also with EE!
As you can imagine this has been incredibly frustrating for us as well as it is for you who have been trying to get hold of us.
At long last the internet is being looked at as they have come back to me and said there is now a fault so hopefully we will all be up and running soon. Thank you for baring with us and apologies for any inconvenience.
