So it’s been a while but Mum & Son Catering are back and we are gearing up for the festive season! 🎄🎁 🎅 🧁 (Sorry but saying the C word doesn’t feel quite right yet) 🤫

We will be offering a variety of catering, gift and decorative packages on the lead up to Xmas and the New Year so keep an eye out for updates in the very near future. 😉

WE ARE HIRING! 😄👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

We are looking for an experienced kitchen assistant/cook to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have some experience working within a fast paced kitchen environment, have a basic food hygiene certificate, be flexible and have high attention to detail. Full training can be provided to the right candidate.

This will be a FULL TIME position so weekday/weekend availability is essential.

Immediate start available.

Mum & Son catering have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified chef to join the team. You must be available for full-time work and will be offered a competitive hourly rate to reflect your abilities.

We operate from Elderslie Golf Club and have continued to grow since August 2022. As we are now coming into the Summer Season we are only going to get busier therefore we are looking for the following;

- Ability to work under pressure
- Be flexible with working pattern
- Be able to adapt to any situation should it present itself
- Be friendly, approachable and a team player
- Have a minimum of at least 2 years experience working within a fast paced kitchen environment
- Have all relevant certifications/qualifications for food handling, food safety and Hygiene
- Be available to work at the weekend

Within the next month or so there will be a full re-fit and renovation of the kitchen. This will include brand new equipment and appliances to make the busier events much easier to maintain and manage. We are very excited for this to be carried out and want to do a re-launch event once it is complete.

As the main chef you will be responsible for adding and creating new ideas for the evening menu and will have full creative control to do so.
