Canapés, nibbles, morsels, snacks, hors d'oeuvres - whatever you call them, aren't they great!!?🤤
Over the summer we've loved doing these at weddings, drinks parties and on farm travel trade events so we follow 3 simple rules:
1. Small enough to fit in the average mouth without wearing half of it!
2. Able to eat - while maintaining an air of sophistication - with one hand, while holding a drink and clutch purse in the other.
3. All produced on site maintaining our principles of fresh, local, tasty and plentiful.
So what's your favourite - a simple sausage, arancini balls, a salt & pepper prawn, a smashed pea, parma ham and sourdough crostini or something different?
We're always looking for fresh ideas, and with wedding planning on the go for 2026/27 it's good to have new ones to offer!
