🥋 DiSE OPEN EASTER TRAINING INVITATION 🥋

Next week we have our Easter DiSE camp running from Monday 11th-Wednesday 13th and we would like to invite the judo community to access an open mat randori session on each evening of the camp 7.30-9.30pm.

The session is open to all players aged 12 & above and provides a chance not only for a quality randori with fresh partners but also to check out what British Judo’s Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE) programme is all about.

To participate in our session you can use uchikomi bands, a willing uke or if you have neither of these you can practice shadow uchikomi.

You’ll also need a judo jacket or Wrist roller to hand for our grip strength exercises.
