Amid the busyness of October events, I realized we recently passed the 15 years in business milestone! When I reflect on the achievements, challenges, successes, and even the dramas along the way, I feel incredibly grateful to still be passionate about what I do. Creating positive experiences, shared memories and beneficial growth to teams and individuals. It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m excited for many more years ahead.

On Friday 25th March we are hosting an exciting guest speaker event in aid of the amazing charity St Johns Hospice at Forest Hills, Ellel, LA2 0PL from 9.15am – 11.30am. Speaking at the event is Lee Irving – The Stress Free Life Coach on the topic of stress through inauthentic living. After 10 years as a counsellor, psychotherapist and a past history managing his own mental health issues, he decided to make stress the focus of his work. Moving from Counselling to coaching he formed his new business The Stress Free Life Coach redirecting his focus again on the stress caused to men by living an inauthentic life. If you are interested in coming along to hear Lee speak then please do join us. There will also be an opportunity to mingle and network with like–minded people over light refreshments after the talk.
