Molly Ollys charity for children with serious illnesses
I personally was not aware of this charity until we were asked to be part of this along with some other great musicians . We certainly intend to donate to this very worthwhile cause from our events this year. Every single donation helps no matter how big or small, so if you see a Molly Ollys collection box anywhere please consider popping in as much as you can afford. Children are so precious.

We were just one of many musicians playing for Molly Ollys fund raising event in aid of children with serious illnesses. We will be also contributing to this incredible worthwhile cause at our Boogie Nights at the Club Tropicana event

A huge thank you to all that supported our DDay Commemoration Event Jump Jive & Swing on Saturday. Also for your kind generosity in raising money for the RBL at this special time of remembrance and celebration. £200 on the raffle! Also thanks to Colin Smith and Debora June who were unable to attend but donated anyway x

Hmmm I looked at my fb feed today and it was asking “What’s on your mind?”
Well actually D Day 80 yrs is on my mind.
It to me is not just “another day” best forgotten because it’s a long time ago. We stand upon the shoulders of the men that gave us freedom and the women and families that said goodbye to them, or welcomed them back sometimes changed for ever. We owe a whole generation who had the courage to stand up and be counted.

Your day on the beach …. Thier day on the beach. On D Day 80 yrs ago and in the ensuing battle of Normandy 73,000 allied troops lost thier lives and a 153,000 were wounded. They were all someone’s son, brother, husband all in the prime of thier lives.
It was thier duty to serve - it is our duty to remember them

Rock & Roll with Dancing Dave’s rock and roll session tomorrow night and every fortnight, great dance music, friendly atmosphere all abilities welcome. Lillington Club 8.00 pm £5.00 entrance on the door. A lovely night out. We are looking forward to it!!

As we are having our first 1940s event of the year at Whitnash Sports & Social Club Jump Jive & Swing Sat. 8th June 7.00 and its the 80th Anniversary of D Day.
