As 2025 picks up speed we are working with clients choosing structures for forthcoming events.
With our British weather during the winter months sadly we are left with only marquee options but there are so many more to choose from in the summer ☀️
We have added just a few pictures.
Last year we put up many stretch tents which really literally is a very blank canvas from which you can create any unique style.
Whether it’s a wedding or a mini festival in a field or large garden we can advise and create a personal experience.

As we return to season 2025 after a well needed rest we wanted to post a couple of events we didn’t get round to before Christmas.

We were delighted to host Christmas Party in Beckenham at Park Langley.
Our clients had a fantastic time with Amber Events providing the catering which consisted of a three course delicious seasonal menu with various dietary requirements and different choices.
The J&P team danced the night away to one of our awesome Dj”s in the ambient lighting setting.

We are not quite there but nearly one more 18th to deliver .
Thank you to all our wonderful clients it’s been our pleasure making memories celebrating milestones. This is just a snipet of the many many events we have been fortunate to deliver over the year to rave reviews .
It’s been fantastic to watch the team grow hugely at such a rapid exciting rate ..

Another hugely successful night for Amber Events and our fantastic clients this was our second visit to their family after their son”s 21st a few of years ago .

Along with all the gliz and glamour that you see on Instagram with the finished event so much hard work goes on behind the scenes.

At least 20 people will have worked on this event alone!
In order to make a huge success it has to be perfect and all meticulously planned as it’s for one night only !!

We produced cocktail menus, provide the correct glassware, internally style and build with the capacity, weather and entertainment in mind ..We work with lighting engineers to get thst perfect look.
In this particular event there was a gold 4m circular bar, which really did suit the grand ocassion.

Canapés and cocktails flowed throughout the night from our fabulous chefs and brilliant hard working bar team.

This marquee goes down today, so it’s nearly a weeks worth of work.Tomoorow we build for this weekends event with fresh minds..

This year has been staggering for us as a team and the oportunties we’ve had to build and create some awesome events.

We’ve been so busy we’ve not had time to post our events over the last couple of weeks.
Here”a a fun 50th celebration for the lovely Jo.
Guests danced the night away enjoying delicious tasty cocktails and enjoying Vietnamese food, followed by a silent disco to entertain all under a beautiful stretch tent.

Fantastic afternoon spent celebrating Gill and Tony”s wedding hosted by the lovely Sam and Mike.
Beautiful food ,canapés and bowl food served throughout the day whilst drinking summer cocktails.
