DJs Mark and Rachel aka Platt Boy and JudgeBud have been DJing and organising events for many years. 🎼
Together they decided in 2023 they would make their events 'Eclectic Disco', 100% non-profit, and do something positive for their chosen charity, Demelza. 💙
Mark says, "Eclectic Disco has never been about earning money, it has always been about our passion for music and dancing. Our recent event, 'Dance for Demelza' held at MV Lounge and Bar in Gravesend was a fantastic success with invaluable support from www.freshsoundzradio.com and the help of 30 DJ's giving up their time for free. We raised an amazing £2050 as well as raising awareness about Demelza.
We are already busy planning more events. The next one is on April 22nd at The Social Chill Bar in Maidstone. All we ask now is for donations and every penny will go straight to Demelza. It's a fantastic charity and many people have told us lovely stories about how Demelza has helped them."
Thank you to this amazing team for raising £2050 which will help deliver extraordinary care to extraordinary children facing serious or life-limiting conditions. :)
