Every week I make yorkies! It never gets boring, old or tiresome. Every week I watch them rise up and create this amazing food that I hold so dear to my heart and they conjure up so many memories. I always remember my making them with a soggy bottom and crisp top a bit further south and being laughed at and getting beaten by my French head chef while in Ireland in a Yorkshire pudding cook off and not being able to look my cocky self in the mirror for weeks! Above all the nostalgic memories they bring back with every slight whiff or taste will always hold them dear to my heart! Mainly overlooked and rarely the main event......but never with me! Absolutely loved trying out the new spit roast on my custom built bbq! Had to use the @meatergram thermometer which helped massively in producing one tasty spit 1roasted bird! It was so nice you can even hear my little sidekick crying in the background. Turn the sound up on this beauty! You have to use all your senses to enjoy food to the maximum and this definitely needs to be heard while eating to create maximum enjoyment. Oh and it all went on to a school menu. Making sure the lucky diners used just more than taste during eating.
