Small tabletop Frozen themed balloon garland for some special twins turning 4!

It’s been a while since we last did a Frozen theme, but it’s always a lovely theme to work with as the colours are just gorgeous together.

Completely self supported garlands are ideal for parties where there is no where to attach them. They are also easy to move, which means you can take the balloons home afterwards with no worries.
