What a beautiful 2024 wedding season we have had, with a couple of weddings left to enjoy 🥰 Congratulations to all our happy couples ❤️

We have 2 open evenings left for 2024, a couple of dates left for 2025 weddings and we are now getting bookings in for 2026! Get in touch if you have any questions or would like to book on to an open evening 😊

*Weddings of 2024*
I’ve sent all weddings an email regarding the cleaning service if it isn’t included in the price you have paid (£1500 payments have cleaning included)

If you haven’t yet paid for the cleaning service and would like to, then please contact me ASAP as I need to book the cleaning team within the next few weeks to guarantee we can do the clean for you.

The cleaning service includes taking down decorations (unless you’ve hired a room dresser) putting away furniture, top to bottom clean of the hall and waste removal.

Thank you to Worcestershire Wedding Planner and Chamberlain Events for hosting today’s wedding walkthrough at Rock Village Hall. They had a fantastic variety of suppliers and it great to meet some companies who we haven’t met before! Thanks for having us 😊

Calling all couples! Come and join us at this amazing wedding fair at the gorgeous Rock Village Hall, Kidderminster on the 18th February with the incredible . Meet fantastic suppliers, stay, play, have fun and get some great ideas! It’s a great opportunity to have a trip out, meet the team and grab a drink!

It’s completely free to come.. just pop down. You can even have a round of wedding golf on us, provided by the wonderful ‘To Have And To Holed’ Team.

We had a fantastic day meeting so many people at the wedding fair today and it was great to be able to see the hall dressed up.. As I always say ‘so many options’! We hope everyone enjoyed it as much as all of the exhibitors did! Many congratulations to our 3 lovely couples who booked with us for their weddings in 2025! We look forward to working with you 💕

We have a fantastic selection of exhibitors for you to meet at the wedding fair on Sunday 17th September! We may be adding two more to the list.. we will keep you updated!

The hall will be dressed by
, , Colls and Your Big Day Wedding & Event Planning each having a separate area to show you what they can offer.

will be showing you how the bar area can be converted into a stunning rustic bar.

Gemma Merson Bridal Hair will be there to offer advice, suggestions and discuss what she can offer 👰🏼‍♀️

and Sweet Lady Jayne Cakes ‘n’ Puds will be showing you what sweet treats and bakes they can provide 🧁🧁

and will be displaying some beautiful wedding floral arrangements.
mandy will be there to show you the photography packages available from engagement shoots to wedding packages.

For wedding entertainment we have DJ Stu and to show what entertainment they have to offer from DJs to outdoor games and mini golf!!

I’ll be there to discuss our wedding package and answer any questions you may be about hiring Rock Village Hall for your wedding venue 🩷
