We'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the management committee at Rock Village Hall! For all our happy couples who got married in 2024 - we hope you have a fantastic first Christmas as Mr and Mrs! And for those who will be going into their wedding year - Have an amazing Christmas and see you for your wedding in 2025!

Open Evenings will commence on Monday 13th January for anyone who already has a wedding booked with us, or if you are planning a 2026/2027 wedding and need to find a venue, then come along and see what we have to offer! Please email me to book [email protected]

What a beautiful 2024 wedding season we have had, with a couple of weddings left to enjoy 🥰 Congratulations to all our happy couples ❤️

We have 2 open evenings left for 2024, a couple of dates left for 2025 weddings and we are now getting bookings in for 2026! Get in touch if you have any questions or would like to book on to an open evening 😊

*Weddings of 2024*
I’ve sent all weddings an email regarding the cleaning service if it isn’t included in the price you have paid (£1500 payments have cleaning included)

If you haven’t yet paid for the cleaning service and would like to, then please contact me ASAP as I need to book the cleaning team within the next few weeks to guarantee we can do the clean for you.

The cleaning service includes taking down decorations (unless you’ve hired a room dresser) putting away furniture, top to bottom clean of the hall and waste removal.

Thank you to Worcestershire Wedding Planner and Chamberlain Events for hosting today’s wedding walkthrough at Rock Village Hall. They had a fantastic variety of suppliers and it great to meet some companies who we haven’t met before! Thanks for having us 😊

Don’t forget this SundayChamberlain Events and Worcestershire Wedding Planner are holding their wedding walkthrough, booking isn’t essential but advised as you get a free virtual goodie bag! I’ll be there to talk to you about holding your wedding at Rock Village Hall.

Calling all couples! Come and join us at this amazing wedding fair at the gorgeous Rock Village Hall, Kidderminster on the 18th February with the incredible . Meet fantastic suppliers, stay, play, have fun and get some great ideas! It’s a great opportunity to have a trip out, meet the team and grab a drink!

It’s completely free to come.. just pop down. You can even have a round of wedding golf on us, provided by the wonderful ‘To Have And To Holed’ Team.
