People often make comments how bad generators are on the environment,
So we have collated a few facts and figures to show the environmental impact of power at your event and how we reduce it for you.
Uk gov figures for carbon emissions of mains electric is 0.233 kg of CO2 per kWh
Himoinsa figures for 45kVa generator at 100% load is 10litres per hour producing 43kW of electric.
1 litre of diesel produces 2.62kg of CO2
So a diesel generator produces 0.609 kg of CO2. Per kWh
1 litre of HVO bio-diesel produces 0.195 kg of CO2
So a HVO generator produces 0.0453kg of CO2 per kWh that is 5 x better than mains electric

So to sum up an average event inc delivery

On mains is 130 kg of CO2
Diesel generator is. 292 kg of CO2
HVO generator is 29 kg of CO2
