What an incredible night we had at the Regal last night with ‘A Night at the Opera’ featuring soprano Erika Mädi Jones, Mezzo Soprano Bethan Langford, Tenor Andrew Henley, Bass-Baritone Piran Legg, pianist and compere Charlotte Forrest and not forgetting the Neen Sollars and Milson Community Choir.

The house was packed with opera novices and buffs of all ages and the atmosphere was electric.

The Regal shone bright last night bringing people from all backgrounds together to create a remarkable show. Thank you to everyone involved. A special mention to our wonderful tech team who worked all day to provide incredible lights and to musical director Anita Clements who prepared the choir for the event.

Opera is performed without microphones so our sound guy very kindly set up mics to record the entire concert for posterity. We can’t wait to hear the outcome. We didn’t quite know how the acoustic would work in the room and we’re delighted to learn it was PERFECT!

A HUGE thank you to for sponsoring the event and providing the wonderful Hailun Semi Concert Grand Piano, to the Malvern District Council for supporting the event and making it possible for us to hire in the piano, and finally a giant thank you to for sponsoring the event with her incredible flower displays that were the final jewel in the crown!
