I love to visit a new Venue, recently I had the pleasure of visiting the Ardwell Glasshouse for the wedding of Julie and Martin - it was beautiful and the team were amazing!

Ardwell Glasshouse, situated within the walled gardens of Ardwell Estate, it boasts a unique and picturesque space for weddings and events.

On Monday I was at the absolutely stunning Lodge on Loch Lomond for the wedding of Lauren & Phil.

It was almost an outdoor ceremony but a rain cloud came over at the last minute. We are in Scotland after all! However…..that did not spoil the day. The indoor ceremony was equally as beautiful.❤️

Victoria and Tony’s son was their ring bearer, it was very important to them to include Sonny in their special day, as after all he is as much part of their story as they are! It was a beautiful moment for a beautiful family.

Lizzie and Ross were a dream to work with, I love planning their ceremony with them and being part of their day. 🥰✨️

"We couldn’t be happier that we chose Louize to conduct our Humanist ceremony. From the very first meeting with her we felt so at ease, as if we were telling our love story to a friend.

Over the next few meetings she asked all the right questions, and really impressed us with the way she weaved our story into the script she wrote. We both sat with happy tears rolling down our faces when we received the first draft!

On the day itself, Louize was such an engaging and vibrant speaker. She brought our ceremony to life. It was even a comfort to see her face on our big day, as we had built a trusting bond over the previous meetings. Many of our guests later commented how great she was, and how much they enjoyed the humour and personal touches in our ceremony.

She conducted our candle ritual during the ceremony and led us through it so calmly. Even the explanation of how/where to sign our marriage certificate was comforting and clear.

"From the moment we met Louize we felt comfortable and totally at ease. We decided to marry after a few setbacks and postponements and in a totally different country. Louize kept us informed all the time and checked in with us throughout the whole process. We chatted like friends which always makes me feel happy in such personal times. We just knew Louize would be perfect as our wedding celebrant. We gave her our back story, which was quite unusual, being together 29 years before we married. She helped us recreate our love story and make it come alive once again! She was always available by text email or phone and also came to meet us when we had a small trip back to Glasgow. whenever we needed her. On our day, our guests said how lovely she was and with the biggest smile on her face. We felt she genuinely cared for us and our wedding guests. She has such a good sense of humour and we laughed at the same things and on the day when I thought I would be nervous she made me feel at ease and I actually so enjoyed the ceremony it was full of love all day long. Thankyou Louize for your constant professionalism , your great work ethic, attitude and for being a great girl all round. You did us proud and our ceremony was really beautiful 🤩 thanks so much
