Chipperfield Village Hall's Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 30 September 2025 at 7.00pm in the Hall. All are welcome.

£20 per person for the tasting with food platter options available for an extra £12.

Could you volunteer a little of your time to help run the Village Hall and support our valuable community resource? The Hall is a charity run almost entirely by volunteers. We'd love to welcome some new Committee members who would be interested in getting actively involved, perhaps shadowing important Committee functions or just generally helping out. We'd particularly encourage more representation from younger people but all are invited! Skills and experience you may have in other areas of life will definitely be useful! If this isn't you, do you have a family member, neighbour or friend who might fit the bill? If so please pass it on.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our quiz night on Saturday. It was wonderful to see the Hall so full and thanks to you, we raised well over £1,500 for Hall funds (final figure tbc). See you next time we hope!

Chipperfield Horticultural Society Spring Show in the Hall today! Doors open 2.30, all welcome, free to members. Flowers, vegetables, home made produce, arts & crafts and more to admire; and tea and cake to enjoy, of course!

Organised by ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England), a charity that supports and speaks up for rural communities, it’s a chance to celebrate, encourage and support the efforts of volunteers who keep these important community buildings open and running. That’s what the Committee does for Chipperfield Village Hall - would you like to get involved? We’re always on the lookout for Committee members who can contribute a little time to such a great cause.
