This is to all my Flowers of Kingsbridge followers (and anyone who come across this post too)

As you are aware in my previous posts I have just taken over an amazing little shop in Ivybridge called Pepperberry Florist.

I would love nothing more than all my kingsbridge followers to transfer over and start to follow me on my Pepperberry Florist page Florist
Here you will be kept up to date with all my new creations, what we are getting up to, special offers, new products, sundries and workshop dates well the list goes on.

I really would appreciate your continued support.

I want to try and arrange for deliveries to kingsbridge and the surrounding areas once or twice a week in the near future so without your support this wouldn’t be as successful.

As of the 1st of June my Flowers of Kingsbridge Facebook and Instagram page will be closing 🙁

Well what can I say!! That was an amazing first day 😆
Thank you to everyone that has commented on my posts and that took time out to come and see me to wish me every success. The support has been overwhelming.
I also had my first wedding of the year on my first day how amazing is that!! 😁💕🌸😱🌺

Hi yes it’s me….I’m back!!

Well a lot has happened since I left my beautiful shop in September 2022 and I have missed you guys so very much.
As I posted the other day I have some exciting news!
I am now the proud owner of Pepperberry Florist which is based in the beautiful town of Ivybridge Devon.

I open the shop tomorrow at 9.30.

I know it’s not what you guys were hoping for as it’s not in Kingsbridge but your thoughts would be appreciated as I’m hoping to deliver once or twice a week in and around Kingsbridge if you feel there is a need for me to do that and you would still like to order flowers from me for that special occasion.

I would love to still share my creative work with you guys making friends, family and loved ones happy again with my little creative ideas 🌻🌼🌸🌺

This will depend on how popular this becomes so it would be on a trial basis to start with.

CHRISTMAS WREATHS 🎅🎄🎄🧑‍🎄

Hi you lovely people we have spent the last week making up some beautiful hand made Christmas door wreaths for a Christmas fair that unfortunately ended up a complete failure. The wreaths are made on a 12inch wreath frame, they have a selection of mixed greenery- non drop pine, leather leaf, eucalyptus, cypresses, ilex berries, rose hips. They have dried fruits, cones, ribbon in them and were being sold for £45 each.

They are now £35 and will last right through and we’ll into the new year.
If you would like 2 I will sell them for £60 instead of £70.

If you would like them delivered to you I am willing to do that but there will be a £3.00 delivery charge.

Please pm me if you would like one of my creation to be hanging on your door!!

On Saturday 3rd December (same day as Kingsbridge Celebrates Christmas) we will be opening our doors for a ‘Nourish’ Women's morning with a warm space, FREE refreshments and optional payable Christmas Wreath Making (must be pre-booked) with Lucy from Flowers of Kingsbridge.

10am-12pm
Kingsbridge Family Church

Inviting all women to come together to relax, connect and get in the mood for Christmas with a crafty morning of wreath making.

Feel free to just drop in for a hot drink if not booked in to make a wreath!

There will be free refreshments, someone sharing their story, live acoustic music and time to connect with each other with the added option to pre- book to make your own Christmas Wreath.

**BOOKING ESSENTIAL for the wreath making by TUESDAY 22ND NOVEMBER via emailing [email protected] saying which option you would like to book on for.

*(£15 if bringing own greenery and £25 if you’d like everything provided).

Price breakdown

£25 option- Lucy Spooner from Flowers of Kingsbridge will provide everything you need for the 12’’ wreaths as well as give on-hand expertise to guide you through the process.

£15 option- Bring your own garden foliage/ greenery. Lucy will give on-hand expertise to guide you through the process and will provide the 12’’ wreath frame, wire and pine .

Maximum of 30 people only for the wreath making.

Cash payable on the morning.

Payment will still be required if cancellation occurs after 22nd November and the space cannot be filled. This is due to the up-front cost of materials.

HELLO PEEPS!
Just thought I would check in to see how everyone is?
Well it’s been 3 weeks today since I had to close my doors and it seems like a lifetime 😞Now I’m not on the street I miss the conversations, the laughs, helping those people that come to me to help make things better, creating work for the saddest and happiest times in peoples lives. Actually miss every aspect of owning my own beautiful shop even those long hours, stress and lack of sleep at some of our busiest times. I hope you are all well and enjoying life? Let me know. Yesterday was another very sad and heartbreaking 💔 day for me. I handed the keys back to my beautiful shop. Yes I was moving to new premises as of the 24th but due to a sudden change of personal circumstances this will no longer be happening either. It’s very hard to see the positive in things at the moment but I know deep down in my heart I will be back on Kingsbridge high street in some way shape or form!!
So I want to thank each and every one of you that has helped my business grow, that has supported and loved my shop as much as I did and still do. If you see me around please stop and say high as I’m going to miss you all very much x x x

Today is the last day flowers of Kingsbridge will be open. We still have some lovely bits that need to find a new home 🏡 so pop in and see us and say farewell! Open 9.30 to 4.

As we are closing on Friday there are lots of sale items in the shop so pop down and grab a bargain. We still have beautiful flowers in so if you want to cheer yourself up or someone else come and see us. Still doing deliveries and collections up until Friday.
