Springhead Park Coffee Shop is a non-profit organisation offering fresh home-cooked breakfasts, lunches, light bites, cakes and delicious Afternoon Tea. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, Sandra and the team have adapted the usual café service to also offer delivery (Monday to Friday only) and takeaway to local residents in the community.
We are excited to be able to welcome you to enjoy a meal or drink inside (or outside, weather permitting!) from 7am to 3pm every day. Last orders 2.30pm, Fridays 1.30pm.
We are still available to take your delivery orders and payment over the phone. To keep our costs and prices as low as possible, and in the interests of efficiency, our drivers take your orders in batches according to postcode. This means that your order may not be delivered straight away, or hot, but all meals are packaged in microwaveable containers and are suitable to be reheated up to 2 days later.
Many people, particularly those who are self-isolating or vulnerable, have found the service invaluable and regularly order their full week’s main meals on a Monday so they know they have a good, hearty meal coming every day.
As well as meals and pies, we can also create Afternoon Teas, Picnics and Buffets for your special occasions or for a little treat. These can be ordered at least one day in advance. Call 01482 363780 to discuss requirements and order. Have it delivered for free to your door, or to someone else’s if you want to give them a special treat.
Springhead Park Coffee Shop is managed by Groundwork, a registered charity that works across the Yorkshire Region helping local people make positive changes to their lives and their environment. Our aim for Springhead Park is to make this an accessible and inclusive hub for the whole community.
