The Story So Far......

The Galloping Gourmet Food Company is a family run catering company based in Hull, East Yorkshire.

We provide 5 Star Rated Horse Box Catering Trailers were we Prepare, Cook and Serve delicious meals for any occasion, We pride ourselves on bespoking our menu’s to suit the tastes of our customers, we also provide our dedicated Bar the “Epsom Derby” to both domestic and commercial customers and events. Our Team have catered for events from Small Groups up to and including 1200 Guests.

We have close links to two local charities Hull4Heroes and Paul4Brain Recovery, we recently formed a partnership with our friends at Hull4heroes to form the “Catering4Heroes” Project, at the start of the Corona Virus Pandemic we had a Wedding cancelled and utilised the stock to provide the catering for nearly 400 members of NHS staff across two local hospitals, Volunteers at Hull4Heroes including our very own Texas Tony provided the staffing over the two days, after discussions took place the “Catering4Heroes” Project was initially set up to help a few Veterans with a few essential items on their shopping lists, to date we are currently Catering for approximately 120 Key Workers on a daily basis as well as providing over 200 Veterans with Food Parcels packed and distributed from the Hull4Heroes base on Malmo Road in Hull.

Who are we???????

Company Director Richard has a wealth of knowledge in business and I.T that spans over 20 years, he became a key member of the management structure in a very successful local business until taking up the reigns in 2018 at The Galloping Gourmet Food Company as well as his extensive Charity work.

Tony (Texas Tony) used to own the Famous Hessle Road Cafe Texas Tony’s Cafe, after a decade in the Royal Navy and a decade in the Civil Service he became involved in business setting up Charities and Community Projects as well as a Retail Store all in his home city of Hull. Tony is an avid supporter of Veterans Charities and is currently working and advising the “Catering4Heores” Project with all aspects of Catering and Food Distribution.

Together with their families Richard & Tony bring you The Galloping Gourmet Food Company, a family run company that not only provides the very best quality Horse Box Trailers but also provides the services to operate them, whether it’s an American Burger Bar, A Traditional English Carvery Trailer, Gin Bar, Prosecco Bar, Pizza Trailer or Information Trailer we cater for everyone’s needs.
