Hey! It’s Cassie here 👋🏼 one half of your hosts

I’m a local mum of two living in St Margaret’s. You’ve probably spotted me in the neighbourhood pushing a buggy around with a 7 month old baby Bodhi in, whilst keeping up with my curly haired, croc loving toddler, Ameline. 💛

I love a green juice, I’m always voice noting, I’m a serial late night Vinted shopper. 🤫

I’ve been a yoga teacher for 6 years and you’ll find me teaching at local Richmond studios and . Come join me if you’re in need of a stretch mamas!

Going for brunch is one of my favourite hobbies, in Tedds, Peggy Jean in Richmond and in Barnes are a few of my faves. 👌🏽

I spend a lot of my week entertaining the kids, thanks to some of my favourite baby and toddler classes in the borough , messy play , play make art to name a few!

And I am SO EXCITED to get to know all of you in community. Here’s to our future events together! 🍾

Hi, I’m Ariel, one of your new Mum Club hosts for our wonderful community here in Richmond! 🙋‍♀️

I live in Hampton and I’m a mum of two energetic toddlers who keep me on my toes every day. Alongside the joy and chaos of motherhood, I am a passionate hypnobirthing coach, dedicated to helping parents build confidence, feel more relaxed, and empowered going into birth.

When I’m not chasing after my little ones or coaching, you can find me indulging in my love for coffee, kayaking, or enjoying a glass of wine (or two). These little pleasures keep me sane amidst the beautiful chaos of mum life. 💗

Some of my favourite places in Richmond to go are for a wine by the river on the terrace, , for the beautiful walks and coffee , and genuinely some of the best pizza I’ve ever had here and in Italy (bold statement I know!) in Hampton village 👌😍

I’m incredibly excited to join forces with the amazing Cassie and bring you a series of fantastic events that will celebrate, support, and connect mums in our beautiful borough. We have some amazing things planned for you all!

(Here are a few pics of me because trying to get one nice one with both kiddies and me together seems like an impossible task!)

New to The Mum Club? We know that your first event can feel a little daunting, especially if you are planning on coming alone. So many women join our events on their own and they always leave with a smile on their face and some new besties!

You can turn up however you wish, in joggers with a breakfast stain on from yesterday and your best mum bun. There is no judgement here. Just great company and we’ll be there to greet you with a hug and make you feel at home before you meet your mum tribe. 💗

💖 Wednesday 10th July 2024 BRUNCH CLUB TWICKENHAM - We’re so excited about this new location, join us at on King Street in Twickenham for a Turkish brunch feast and great conversation with other mums

💖 Monday 22nd July 2024 PICNIC CLUB BUSHY PARK - Grab your picnic blankets and meet us at The Pheasantry car park. We’ll enjoy mum catch ups over grazing boxes and bubbly. Toddlers and older kids are welcome too!

A massive welcome your new TMC Richmond hosts (yep a duo) 👋🏽 Ariel and Cassie!

These two met whilst they were pregnant with their first born on an antenatal course in Twickenham and have kept in touch ever since.

They are both local working mamas (Ariel in Hampton and Cassie in St Margaret’s) with two little ones each and they can’t wait to meet you at future brunches and events.

They share the same values as mothers and agree that the need for connection with other like-minded women during the transformative time of motherhood is key. Just one of the reasons why they are so excited to bring these events to the community. 💛

Mama Nurtured is a postnatal wellbeing business dedicated to nurturing the nurturers. Founded by postnatal wellbeing expert and postnatal doula, Laura Bardell-Smith, who is passionate about supporting mothers through the fourth trimester and beyond. She offers a spectrum of support including transformative wellbeing workshops, personalised postnatal treatments, pregnancy and postnatal circles, mother blessings and dedicated postnatal doula services. Each offering is crafted with kindness and care to address the unique needs of mums at different stages of their motherhood journey.

Join Laura at our upcoming wellness event for a beautiful pregnancy circle featuring facial massage techniques for birth and postnatal care, calming acupressure, affirmation writing, and guided relaxation. Laura will also be available to chat to, ready to discuss any postnatal concerns and provide expert guidance.

Tríona is a mum of two living in St Margarets. Tríona launched MamaHugz Yoga to realise her vision of creating a yoga community and a support network for mothers.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Triona is a fully qualified yoga teacher specialising in prenatal, postnatal and women’s yoga, supporting women through pregnancy to motherhood and beyond.
