Bespoke balloon creations, made to order. Deposits are required to secure your order. The amount of deposit depends on the price of your order.

All deposits are NON refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full, 24 hours before collection or delivery unless other arrangements have been agreed. Cash will only be accepted on collection, all deliveries must be paid by bank transfer. Full payment must be received by us before any order is released. Collection is by appointment only following the governments social distancing guidelin

Once in a Balloon Moon reserves the right to sell any items that have been made but not received full payment for 24 hours in advance of delivery or collection and deposits will be retained. We still have some spaces left for May although we are filling up so please book early to avoid disappointment. It is also better to give us enough plenty of time to locate, purchase, recieve goods and build your order, the more notice we get the more creative we can be.
Our fathers day designs will be coming shortly too so keep your eyes peeled.

I was a little dubious about the colour requests (light blue, white, silver and rose gold) but I hope we pulled it off!
