📝Customer Notice!!📝

This is a very hard post for me to write 😥

When I started Balloon Owls it was my sole focus to build up a reputation and a wonderful client base, whilst doing something that I absolutely LOVE!!
I had worked with balloons in my previous line of work and wanted to take it further 💖

I definitely succeeded in doing this and have loved most of it. There has been lots of blood, sweat and many tears (and also sore fingers) over the past 4 years.

This year, has been a hard year in so many ways, I started Balloon Owls in 2018 to enable me to be at home for my little family, Covid19 hit everyone and so I went back to work to help.

In February 2022 I had the opportunity to do something that I had never done before.

I took a little time out to help (and hoping to slow things down) this did help for a short while but then slowly price increases hit everyone hard. Helium prices have rocketed several times. Amazon and many other places doing Balloon bundles (all balloons that come deflated) at low prices and then I have been messaged and expected to build balloon arches and bundles at these prices not taking into consideration how long it takes to do these things.

Since September I have found it increasingly hard juggling my full time job, balloons and my children/family. This has ultimately lead me to the very hard decision of closing down Balloon Owls 🥺

This has by no means been an easy decision for me and one I have been pondering over for some time now.

With this in mind, I will sadly no longer be taking on any NEW orders. All existing 2023 bookings will go ahead as planned.

Throughout the last 4 years I have been lucky enough to meet lots of lovely people.

Lastly I would just like to say a massive THANK YOU 💖 to each and every one of you that has ordered from me and supported me right from the beginning of this journey!
