Final week for our fundraising Fog Cutter! Did you know that the name "FogCutter" is said to refer to its potent nature – strong enough to "cut through the fog" of any indecision or confusion, much like the fog in coastal regions where Tiki bars first gained popularity.
Our's a Defibrishocking version in honour of the work done by the for whom this is raising funds until the end of the month!

These delightful pastries, with their rich history dating back to the French Renaissance, are the perfect treat. Originally known as “petite choux,” profiteroles were first created by French pastry chef Panterelli in the 16th century.
Today, we honour this tradition by crafting our own profiteroles, filled with decadent cream and drizzled with luxurious chocolate.
