🐝 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 🐝 Its a three bedroom, one double, two twin and a double sofa bed if needed. It has newly installed double glazing and gas central heating, both being installed since we purchased. The layout is very open and similar to a lot of caravans on Tattershall so clearly very popular. It has 1 big 3 peice bathroom which has just been freshly decorated and another separate WC. Bedding is supplied along with a small number of towels (we do still say to bring your own but if you forget you don't have to rush out for towels during your stay 🙂) We've got the Bee 🐝 theme in the kitchen and throughout, also a few little throws to keep you snug on them winter evenings. The hot tub has leafy trellis around making it quite private and also a table and chairs on the decking for the hot summer evenings. It also has fairy light all along the decking, it really is a place to relax! Its on a busier part of site, about a 10 minute walk to the facilities, it also had a little activity frame behind it which is good for some children. 🦢 𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 🦢 This is our swanview caravan, this is located in a quiet cul de sac on a newish development on site. Its a 3 bedroom with a double, two twin and a double sofa bed if needed, it has gas central heating and double glazing making it perfect for winter breaks. There is loads of storage in this caravan with a cloakroom several and cupboards on entry. The living room has the lovely French doors which lead out onto a enclosed front decking area with lighting, the decking is facing RAF Coningsby and great for watching the aircraft coming in and taking off! This does mean the planes can be very noisy, it is directly under the take off / landing flight path which makes for some great views but if any one the party struggles from loud noises this probably isn't the one for you, but if you love the jets.. YOU WILL LOVE IT! Bedding is supplied along with a small number of towels and we have supplied blankets for the winter nights. It has a 3 peice suit bathroom and a separate WC. The master bedroom is really spacious with a little dressing area and good sized wardrobe and drawers, it even fits in a travel cot so perfect if you have young children. All the bedrooms are a good size with storage. All the bedrooms lead off a corridor from the kitchen which can be shut off which we find great with children going to bed and not getting disturbed. The side decking leafy trellis around the hot tub for privacy and fairy lights.
