Lovely customer Fiona had surplus Rhubarb so has brought it in to Brambles Deli to raise funds for the RNLI boathouse extension.
As you can see it's absolutely massive. So if you're thinking about making jam then look no further and remember all the money will be given to the RNLI

Kirkcudbright RNLI are fundraising for a new lifeboat station.

The current lifeboat station has hardly changed in the last 130 years. They are looking to modernise it and bring it into the 21st century.

Our founder John King Senior donated the building next door to our factory many years ago in support of the local organisation. This is what has led his grandson, Jack Finlay to join as one of the newest volunteers. Jack hopes that upgrading the facilities will benefit their mission to saving lives at sea by providing the space and comfort they need.

1st photo shows the second flowering of my Christmas amaryllis.. I know, I can’t believe it, 2nd photo shows the stem I accidentally broke off 🥹 but it still flowered …. and 3rd photo shows a “jonquil” handed in by a customer from her garden and it made us both smile….. and that’s what flowers should do 😁
