Does your child have a Ballet exam coming up? If you are having difficulty paying for extra things at the moment such as exams then there is financial support out there which you maybe eligible for.

The RAD has a bursary scheme available to help students with costs of examinations. If you would like to apply please get in touch and Jo can make an appeal on your behalf. The process is fairly simple and free of charge. Please reach out if you think this could help. We will be happy to help.

Today Just Dance performed on Broadway!!!!! 🙀🙌🫶🇺🇸💃🏻🕺🏻 Wowzer! What an experience. A huge congratulations and well done to our wonderful students Laurel, Anna, Finn, Megan, Lia and Erin. Happy St Andrew’s Day! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿✈️🤍

In honour of this special day – we decided to surprise the first “Andrew” of the day with free return flights. Out of 58 potential Andrews, it was Andrew Norquay who was our lucky winner.

Starting off the journey from Kirkwall, the Norquay family flew Loganair to Dublin via Aberdeen, where they would make their final leg of the trip to the Big Apple. The 16-year-old Orkney Native is jetting off to New York City with his family to support his younger sister, Lia, in a competitive dance competition.

We hope that the Norquay Family enjoy their trip to the Big Apple and wish Lia good luck in her competition.

Sometimes the early bird catches the worm, or complimentary flights.

Ahhh 😱 it’s almost show time!

Dancers and parents please remind yourself of rehearsal times so you know when to turn up. Please arrive promptly and be dressed in dance clothes suitable to wear for all your dances. No need to change into each uniform, just change your shoes.

Bring snacks and water and please be patient. It’s going to be a long but exciting weekend! 🥳
