I am absolutely delighted to announce that The Vintage Tea Service is now a Recommended Supplier at The Vintage china and cutlery supplied by The Vintage Tea is a beautiful match for this stunning venue.

A blissfully secluded wedding venue, The Love Shack, sits nestled within the Acer Glade at Moss Wood, surrounded by ancient woodland and twinkling lights. A hidden gem, the perfect antidote to a traditional wedding venue and seriously romantic.

Ceremonies take place in The Love Shack or alternatively say ‘I do’ within your luxury lodge itself. All are licenced for civil ceremonies.

What a joy to host this wedding for Khal, Joel and their family❤️ A beautiful and private wedding for 6 on a gorgeous sunny day☀️

Arriving in style in a gleaming white Bentley Executive Chauffeur Ride Khal looked absolutely stunning❤️ Our wonderful registrars at Cheshire East Your Ceremony greeted Khal on her arrival to run through the ceremony formalities in their usual relaxed way, then it was time to help Khal to The Shimmy Shack to prepare her for the aisle walk through the woodland towards her waiting guests❤️

PixiesintheCellar - Wedding Photography were already on site, snapping away and ready to capture all the magical moments of the day📸 which continued with lots of photos around the grounds, drinks and private family time together❤️ A beautiful day with a beautiful family😍Hugest congratulations to them all😘😘

I love looking through photos of our fabulous weddings…..These stunning photos were taken throughout the year, by Gareth Roy Photography. It’s always such a pleasure to see Gareth here at The Love Shack. He spends a lot of time with our couples making sure they have all the photos they want and is never in a rush! Aw….i’ve just received these beautiful photos from our gorgeous couple Helena and Kevin🥰 Their family winter wedding in the woods last December was magical😍😍

Lisa Simms Bridal Hair and Make-up kicked off the morning preparing our lovely ladies for the day ahead whilst the boys kept themselves busy around the grounds and in the lodges. Helena looked beautiful as she began her aisle walk arm in arm with mum towards The Love Shack ceremony room where our wonderful registrars at Your Ceremony were waiting patiently to carry out the ceremony😍

Whilst the formalities were taking place, a delicious tapas feast was being prepared by Bring it to the Boyle and our fabulous PixiesintheCellar - Wedding Photography were darting around the woods taking photos❤️ The day continued with photos around the grounds, sparklers by the lake and a private dinner in The Shimmy Shack😊 The fire pits were lit to add to the rustic, wintery feel of the day🔥

I’m taking you back to a beautiful summer wedding at the end of July here at The Love Shack with the lovely Tracy, Dave and their family❤️❤️ An intimate and private wedding for 10 and we were joined by some of our wonderful suppliers who were also part of this beautiful day…..Lisa Simms Bridal Hair and Make-up kicked off the morning Country Flowers Suzanne delivered the most stunning bouquets and buttonholes Your Ceremony carried out a wonderful ceremony whilst Chef Tom Roberts prepared a delicious 3 course meal and the fabulous PixiesintheCellar - Wedding Photography are responsible for these amazing pics👏❤️

This was our last December wedding of 2024 and what a fantastic couple to end the year with❤️

RACHEL & NICK eloped to The Love Shack for a beautiful winter wedding for two and we were so honoured to be their witnesses🥰

With their ceremony taking place at 2pm Your Ceremony they took the opportunity for some fabulous changing light photographs with Jane Ball Photography who spent the afternoon with them both, adjusting her camera to suit the light to create some beautiful atmospheric photos as it began to get dark😍

Bubbles, sparklers, flares followed by S’mores by the fire pit were all part of this fabulous day❤️

RACHEL & MARK married at The Love Shack last November and what a fabulous day it was❤️

The day began with Absolutely-Flawless Bridal Hair and Make-up preparing our beautiful bride for her special day ahead. Rachel looked absolutely stunning as she ambled through the woodland, listening to her chosen music, arm in arm with her brother towards Mark and their waiting guests.

What a gorgeous day I had with this lot❤️ They arrived together and they walked down the aisle together, this was a family day for sure for Sarah, John and their children. Also joining them on this special day were a handful of family members. A beautifully private and intimate wedding for 8❤️❤️

Your Ceremony Prue, one of our delightful Cheshire East Registrars, performed a heartwarming ceremony and our couple added some beautiful, meaningful readings to each other❤️ Whilst all the formalities were taking place, Dress It Up - Manchester Sarah was busy preparing a delicious grazing table for all to enjoy in The Shimmy Shack, ready for a relaxed afternoon of grazing😋😋

PixiesintheCellar - Wedding Photography were their usual fabulous selves, darting around the woodland, taking photos with no-one noticing followed by a photo shoot around the grounds😍

Wow it’s that time of the year again❤️

As we come to the end of another fabulous year of ‘Love Shacking’, we want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

We have had an absolute blast and enjoyed every second with our amazing 2024 couples. Thank you for choosing us it has been such an honour being part of your special day.

It is now Hibernation time for lots of our plants and throughout the winter we will be busy working on the gardens preparing them for spring with our fantastic team of gardeners. We are very much looking forward to a fabulous 2025 year with all our lovely couples/families. Admin will very much remain open so please feel free to email us, it will be lovely to hear from you and I will still be making my weekly posts with some of our beautiful run up to Christmas weddings.

Ella looked absolutely stunning in a Needle & Thread gown and was as chilled as a bride could be❤️ A beautiful ceremony was carried out by our friends at Cheshire East Your Ceremony whilst a delicious buffet of goodies was being prepared by Bring it to the Boyle.
