❄️ WINTER VIBES ARE STILL HERE ❄️

I am the biggest lover of springtime but the feeling of winter is still upon us, and for those of you feeling the chill here's a winter bridal bouquet to lift your spirits!

Yes, winter is cold, and sometimes it snows and it definitely rains and the wind is bloody freezing, but there's something so warming and romantic about a winter wedding. The roaring fires, snuggly blankets, rich colours, candlelight and frosty, fresh mornings are so wonderful, so when you're choosing your wedding date don't instantly dismiss the winter because your day can be intimate and cosy even on a dark winters day!!!

🌿 RADIO SILENCE 🌿

We have been rather radio silent on our socials as of late and we're sorry you've missed us (we've missed you too)! But we have been having a wonderful time at Disneyworld with our family. A few things I've learnt over the past weeks:

🐣 I missed out on the conventional maternity leave when I had Penelope and so I've been trying to make up for it these past weeks, she's growing up so quickly and I don't want to miss any more of her. She's such fun and I've loved soaking up all of her energy 🤍

🌿 Te Fiti grounded me in some strange way, my spirit animal telling me to embrace my family.

☎️ Put your phone down more and be in the moment. We are so snap happy and social media focused nowadays that we miss out on what's in front of us. It was great to just be in the moment.

🍟American portion sizes are HUGE, and everything comes with chips!!!

💍I missed my couples! I love interacting with you all, and I'm so excited to be back in full swing in the new year! 💓

❄️Christmas is just around the corner, we've got one wedding left of 2023 then the family madness begins 🎄🎅🌟

🤍 I'M IN COTTAGE GARDEN HEAVEN 🤍

When Francesca asked me to work my magic and create a beautiful bridal bouquet for her special day I just couldn't resist! 🤍 I've known Francesca for about 4 years now and I love that she's a budding gardener so it was so refreshing to talk plants and flowers with her, but she also allowed me to use my creative license. What was produced was this divine bouquet filled to the brim with Peonies, Sweet Peas, Roses, Delphiniums, Eucalyptus, Astilbe, Cosmos, Dahlias and many more stunning florals; and all finished off with raw silk edged ribbon! Francesca, I hope you, Daniel and your beautiful girls have the most wonderful marriage filled with so much love you could burst, after all, you deserve it! 🤍

I can't wait to see the professional images from this beautiful day, my photos really don't do this beauty justice.

🤍THAT CHAIR🤍

There's a little story behind the chair in this photo of mine...when I was training to do the best job in the world I worked with the lovely Rebecca , I learnt so much from her from how to create beautiful bouquets to setting up gorgeous installations. But there was always "that chair", the chair is at the incredible and every time we set up a wedding at The West Mill she would take a photo of her gorgeous bouquets in "that chair". It has always been on my floral bucket list to have one of my own bridal bouquets taken in "that chair" and now I can tick it off my list! 🤍 It may sound daft to some people but without these little goals life and business doesn't move forward, for me it was a small sense of achievement and I am so thankful to and Tom for getting married here so I could take this picture! 😍

Lapel Corsages - Our most popular ladies design, a pretty feminine version of a buttonhole, perfect to pop onto a jacket. A magnet can be used instead of a pin to prevent pin holes in delicate fabric.

🌿MATCHY MATCHY🌿

Here we've got two different bouquets with matching buttonholes. 😍
The first bouquet is a mix of wild, cottage garden styled florals with a buttonhole to match. And the second bouquet is using mostly the same florals as the first but with some focal Roses and Proteas with a Rose buttonhole to match.

We love a bit of MATCHY MATCHY, do you??? 💖

🤍We meet for your initial consultation so we can chat all about your wedding and get to know each other on a personal level too.

🤍 We chat with your wedding suppliers if needed, and we recommend some incredible ones too!
🤍On your wedding day we deliver the flowers to wherever they need to be, churches, homes, venues etc and we set them up too!
🤍We show brides how to carry their bouquets, we secure handbag corsages for you, and we can pop buttonholes on for the boys too.
🤍We can repurpose and move some floral designs so you get great value for money and the flowers are loved throughout the entire day.
🤍 We can even collect hired items the following day if you like, or you can drop them off back at the workshop and we can have a natter.
