This New Year’s Eve, my lovely team of brilliant ladies and I catered a fab afternoon canapé party. As always, 🙄 I forgot to take photos apart from these few.
On the menu,
Creamed goat cheese on rye toast with sweet pickled rhubarb and shallots topped with mint
Moroccan beetroot purée on crackers topped with spiced crumb and roasted chickpeas
Taco spiced king prawns on corn tortillas with mango and lime salsa
Sriracha, honey and soy glazed chipolatas topped with sesame seeds
Blinis topped with smoked salmon, horseradish crème fraiche, lemon zest and dill
Hoisin lime shredded duck on cucumber with spring onions and sesame
Then some sweet bites too…
Gold dusted brownie bites
Teeny Bailey’s tiffin
Mini blood orange curd mousse and berry tartlets
Mini raspberry meringues topped with limoncello cream and freeze dried raspberries
Alibi Altrincham were also there providing a great pop up bar for the event. Professional and seamless operation from them.
Also beautiful pizzas by Blooming dough pizzas but for some reason, FB won’t let me tag them 🤨
They made some amazing tasty pizzas for guests too.
