Thursday 7th December at 7-9pm

I cannot wait to return to the Shed for another floral workshop! This time we are getting into the festive spirit to design beautiful, bespoke wreaths full of fresh and dried ingredients to dress your front door in time for Christmas. ✨

You will be guided through the creative process in a cosy and relaxed environment while enjoying the amazing hospitality provided by Jo and her team. 🍷

🩵 DREAMY COMBINATION 🤍

I knew from the moment I met Catherine that her Eaves Hall wedding to Adrian was going to be an absolute joy to deliver. She came with a clear idea of the style and atmosphere they wanted for their day and trusted the process (and ultimately me) to create the florals to compliment their vision.

The elegant colour pallet and combination of fully blown roses, huge hydrangeas and dramatic delphiniums all added to a sense of theatre for their outside ceremony - 🙌🏻 hallelujah for the sunshine! It really did look stunning against the backdrop of 🩵

Stand by for plenty of coverage when the professional images come in - it was a truly wonderful day!

What an incredible brief of love and colour for the fabulous and vow renewal at the beautiful 🏰

When you are trusted with the florals for a hugely talented and creative couple the pressure is on! I wanted to deliver designs to compliment their vibrant style and to fit this unique venue…boy did I have fun! I pushed my own creative boundaries and loved how the colours popped against such an awesome backdrop! 😍

What an incredible brief of fun and colour for the fabulous Artist Alexandra Gallagher and Paul Gallagher vow renewal at the beautiful Augill Castle 🏰

When you are trusted with the florals for a hugely talented and creative couple the pressure is on! I wanted to deliver designs to compliment their vibrant style and to fit this unique venue. I had so much fun planning and creating the bridal flowers, ceremony arch and meadowscapes for the banquet tables. I pushed my own creative boundaries and loved how the colours popped against such an awesome backdrop!

It’s the weekend and we are heading south with a car full of stunning flowers for a my lovely cousin ‘s wedding day tomorrow 👰‍♀️💕

I like to think I pour a lot of love into all my designs, but it does feel extra special creating florals for a loved one. Hence why I am insisting Mr T drives like he is an OAP on a Sunday drive to avoid any flower catastrophes! 🫣🤭🤣

FAMILY TIME

I have been enjoying some “Norfolk time” and helping out my beautiful Mum while she convalesces. In picking up just some of her duties, I have managed to see all of my family and have a true appreciation of how much she does for us all. She is an absolute warrior and my goodness, we are blessed to have her.

We never take you for granted Mum, but perhaps a week in your shoes has made me realised even more how much you hold us all together. Love you 🤍

Let’s talk about Saturday…we were lucky enough to host our engagement party at the Shed and of course I couldn’t resist a few florals to dress (the already stunning) venue. The soft blush and lime urn designs really worked in the space and added something a bit extra to our event 😍

theshedstyddgardens is incredible and an absolute must to visit if you’re in the Ribble Valley. Jo and her team work hard to create a wonderfully chilled vibe and supplying amazing choices of drinks and locally sourced food. Thank you again Jo xx 🤩

We had the best day and I cannot wait to do more with Jo and the team in the future! Watch this space! 👀

This week brought with it the most heartbreaking project, but also one that also gave me the greatest honour. It was such a privilege to create the floral tributes to our beautiful and very dear Mel.

Mel was human sunshine. She celebrated the small things as much as the big ones, championed those she loved and gave so much positivity to this world. She taught me so much, but most of all to “always do what makes you fizz”. Guess what? I promise I intend to! ✨

I have learned so much, made some brilliant connections and had a smile on my face continuously. It is also one of my favourite times of the year as spring merges into the start of summer and the seasonal blooms come out to play 🌸

These beauties deserve a pic on the timeline! They were home grown by the talented gardener who patiently planted 1000 tulip bulbs in his cutting beds for his beautiful 🌷

I have been working on a wonderful brief for a 2024 bride this week and had another exciting enquiry yesterday for a 2023 wedding. My imagination is running wild for the season ahead!

I am absolutely buzzing to be following my dream and working in the floral industry. Every enquiry, consultation, and design fills me with so much joy…I know this is where I should be.

Wishing you all a Happy Mother’s Day, and lots of special love to those who find today a tough one.

There is no simple definition of a “Mother”. The word can mean so many different wonderful things to so many people. Often, we are lucky enough to love - and be loved - by many wonderful women playing their own unique part in our lives, and that is certainly worth celebrating!

I am forever grateful for my own beautiful Mumma, whose love and support has got me through life. I am also lucky enough to be Mum to Bruce and Step-Mum to Joseph; both of whom have stolen my heart and made me learn the meaning of a Mother’s love every day.

Wreaths are not just for Christmas…

I have had several friends and clients get in touch this week to say their wreaths are still going strong and that’s over a month since taking delivery! It’s amazing to receive this feedback 🤗

Personally, I am a fan of a wreath or door display all year round. They make your home feel welcoming from the moment you reach the front door and with the right ingredients can really reflect the season beautifully. Failing that, they are something nice for your delivery drivers to look at! 🤭

I am not quite ready to take down the all-foliage number I made for our house, but when I do, the Spring vibes will be coming out for the next one!

I will be bringing a selection of natural festive wreaths, table pieces, decorations and gifts - all designed to bring something special to your home this Christmas.

Adored working with these stunning, antique looking hydrangeas (my fav flower) - they are too good not to share!
They pack a dramatic punch and looked fabulous alongside some eucalyptus, astrantia and limonium in a hand tie and vase arrangement 💐…might have kept a few for myself too 🤭
