Pendragon Project really felt the love and Christmas cheer delivering our Showgame: Christmas Edition to the TotallyMoney gang to help kick off their celebrations in style.

At Pendragon Project we pride ourselves in providing a high-level of customisation and personalisation for our team adventures, made possible by the behind the scenes efforts from staff members from the client organisation. Thanks to the excellent source material and organisation from Felicity at Totally Money, we were able to pack this Showgame full of personal touches to make this special for the team!

We are gold winners! ✨⭐️🏅✨

Last night Pendragon Project was awarded gold for best New Business 2024/25 !

Our founders Adam Young and Laura Bryon attended a fabulous event held hosted by Tourism South East celebrating outstanding achievements in tourism and events in the South East of England! We were honoured to be recognised amongst such an incredible community of people and businesses.

🎄Office Christmas Party - Showgame style 🎄

Last week we partnered with Better Society Capital and Access Foundation to deliver the ultimate office Christmas party. We took over the entirety of the BSC office in central London, delivering our Showgame Christmas Gameshow Edition to 80 staff! 10 teams competed in a series of gameshow rounds, throwing themselves into all our challenges and proving once and for all that we can transform any space into a gameshow studio!

We also got to sample the incredible catering courtesy of , a fellow social enterprise! They transform inmates of Pentonville Prison into amazing chefs, giving them a culinary creative outlet, developing transferable skills and providing opportunities post-release to help the guys transition back into daily life!

We are super proud to have been involved with this festive collab! Christmas parties X social impact for the win!

Even the summer rain couldn’t dampen the spirits of as they took on The Hunt as part of their summer team awayday.

As a group of 50, they divided into 5 teams and the experience proved an effective way to encourage collaboration and communication between colleagues who work on different workstreams or offices.

It’s So we’re taking the chance to share more about our youth mission, it’s the motivation behind our team building adventures and our social business model that funds our work with young people.

At Pendragon Project we run our creative teambuilding adventures; The Hunt and Showgame, for groups and corporate clients. Profits from our teambuilding activities are then reinvested into harnessing the power of nature and outdoor adventure to provide development opportunities for young people.

As part of our relocation to Sussex, Pendragon Project is committed to developing programmes that put young people in the region at the centre of design and delivery.

This week we’ve started delivering our Hunt Team Adventure and Co-Design sessions for young people in Sussex with and West Sussex County Council Care Leavers and displaced young people seeking asylum in the UK (UASC).

Along with feedback from our previous Pendragon Project Alumni, these sessions are the exciting first step in creating a brand-new outdoor adventure and access to nature development programme for 17-25 years old’s experiencing complex transitions into adulthood.

We’ve focused on using an -based / approach to our sessions that draws on positive life experiences and the skills and strengths of the participants to help us ensure the programme we create reflects the needs, interests and aspirations of young people in the region.
