‼️Attention please‼️

For those that were booked for Saturday 7th December and are rescheduled for 14th December at Larne Town Hall if your booking times were between 12.00pm-3.00pm you can keep your orginal time for Larne Town Hall.

If you booking was for before or after those times can you please email me through your Eventbrite book under : contact organiser.

We cannot do anything that is not done through Eventbrite as they have the access to all order numbers, email addresses and contact names, especially if your email is different to your booking name.

Hi everyone I’m putting feelers out for another Christmas Wonderland at Merville House - Newtownabbey. The dates would be the 14th & 15th December. This is a prime location with prime advertising space for it being so close to abbeycentre.

‼️‼️‼️‼️Limited Number of Stalls‼️‼️‼️‼️

We are pleased to announce our 3 Day Christmas Event.

The Stalls will be located within the main sports hall and will be indoors.

Please PM with what you are selling and that it is for the 3 day event as we have multiple Fairs organised.

This will run over 2 evenings and 1 Full Day.

(These are public times and not set up times as this is post is for Traders to book)

Thursday 5th December 5.00pm-9.00pm
Friday 6th December 5.00pm-9.00pm
Saturday 7th December 10.00am - 5.00pm

You can set up either on the Wednesday or the morning of the 5th December. Your tables will be securely locked up each day and free on-site parking, and free Tea/Coffee for all traders during the Fairs.

This is going to be a huge event for The Blue Circle Cruising & Sailing Club, we have an amazing set up for this Christmas Market.

We ideally would like all stalls to have Christmas themed items and to be available for all 3 dates.

The cost of these will be £75.00 for all 3 dates.

We have a full Christmas set up with 🎅Santa’s Grotto, Elves & their Postroom, 🤶Mrs Claus’s Story Corner & 🎺🎺

Whoville Village set up and the most Amazing Movie Quality Grinch. Promotional Video will be played for the advertising of this.

All advertising will be done with Banners in Larne, Carrickfergus & at the Blue Circle ClubSocial Media,school leaflet drops, and through Eventbrite Website.

Early booking is essential as there is only limited space for a number of Stalls.

The Blue Circle Club is situated in with beautiful woodland area and is well supported throughout the community, with plenty of groups and organisations using the club on a regular basis.

Payment is required in Full at the time if booking due to limited availability.

‼️Magical Christmas Experience - New Venue‼️

Hi everyone for those that are booked onto the 3 day Christmas Experience we have had to change our venue - although I think this is for the better all round. As you can see below the extortionate rate that Mid & East Antrim Council are charging for this has made us relocate.

We are now having it in The Blue Circle Sailing Club - Magheramorne

The main sports hall will be used for our stalls and Christmas displays as well as the grounds and other rooms to make this magical experience for all.

For those who are booked and wish to retain their stall at this new venue please comment below and we will amend the bookings.

We also invite anyone else who is interested in trading at this event please also let us know and we will get in contact with you.

Calling all crafters it’s coming up to that time of year again for both a clear out or to get new craft items for the upcoming next busy seasons.

This is a great chance to offload any of your unwanted or overstock to fellow crafters or those wanting to start out crafting.

This is always a hit with the everyone and very well attended.

In the past we have and fabrics, wool, Papercraft, candle making, artificial flowers, soap making, machines, stamps, dies and so much more.

Get into your craft rooms and see what you don’t need anymore and make room for the new lol

Table cost is £15.00 you can also sell you completed crafts too!

There has been quite a few fake craft fairs advertised in the name of a girl called Donna McCann stating they are on the 13th & 14th July in Larne Market Yard and other venues.
