There has been quite a few fake craft fairs advertised in the name of a girl called Donna McCann stating they are on the 13th & 14th July in Larne Market Yard and other venues.

If in doubt of any Craft Fair/Market ligitimate venues will be happy to confirm dates etc through either email

Set up time 9.30am

Table Cost £20.00

Tables can be hired if needed £5.00 charge.

Payment required at the time if booking.

As this is geared towards Early Summer/End of School Term this would be great for any stalls etc that sell personalised products, Teachers Gifts, Mugs, Plaques etc.

We are pleased to announce our 3 Day Christmas Event.

Please PM with your email address to get the Booking Form, once we have went through all forms we will email you the Payment Link.
Please be aware this will be based on first come basis so PM Early and get your booking form Returned asap.

This will run over 2 evenings and 1 Full Day.

(These are public times and not set up times as this is post is for Traders to book)

Thursday 5th December 5.00pm-9.00pm
Friday 6th December 5.00pm-9.00pm
Saturday 7th December 10.00am - 4.00pm

This is going to be a huge event for Larne Market Yard, we have an amazing set up for this Christmas Market.

We ideally would like all stalls to have Christmas themed items and to be available for all 3 dates.

The cost of these will be £75.00 for all 3 dates.

We have a full Christmas set up with 🎅Santa’s Grotto, Elves & their Postroom, 🤶Mrs Claus’s Story Corner & 🎺🎺

Whoville Village set up and the most Amazing Movie Quality Grinch. Promotional Video will be played for the advertising of this.

All advertising will be done with Banners, Local Radio, Local Newspapers, Council Facebook, Social Media,school leaflet drops, and through Eventbrite Website.

Early booking is essential as there is only limited space for a number of Stalls.

Your tables will be securely locked up each day and free on-site parking, and free Tea/Coffee for all traders during the Fairs.

Payment is required in Full at the time if booking due to limited availability.

We are going all out for this one and creating a magical Christmas experience for families. Complete with Christmas Lights, Snow & Lots of Festivities.

We have lots of crafters selling off some of their craft items at hugely discounted prices.

We have all kinds of craft items being sold:

Stamps & Dies
Stamp Inks
Wool & Patterns
Soap Making supplies
Candle making supplies

We also have space for some Car Booters in covered areas within the Market Yard.

Payment Required at the time of booking for both De-Stash & Car Booters.

Table Cost using your own Table is £15.00
Table Cost with Table Provided is £20.00

Table hire is limited so you must let me know at the time of booking if your require Table Hire.

Car Booters £10.00.

Larne Market Dates for 2024!

If you are wanting to book onto any of these dates payment is required in full.

These markets run every month except July, and are very well attended by the community.

Lots of advertising for each market that includes Banners, Posters, Social Media and Easter, Halloween & Christmas flyers sent to local schools.

We are looking for more traders this year with new and exciting products, Food & Gifts to add to our list of traders.

Dates for Carrickfergus will be up tomorrow.

With an increasing amount of scamming going on with items being posted, marked delivered then recipients claiming they never got them and claiming refunds. (It’s been done on me a few times) this is the best way to sell or maybe even buy craft items without any hassle.

This is the very last Saturday before Christmas which is a great shopping day for last minute gifts and The Market Yard is our busiest Venue.

Thank you all of the stall holders who booked on to the Charity Craft Fairs that were in aid of Hope House Ireland. I had the pleasure of seeing Hope House for myself and what a wonderful place it is. We raised £896 for this amazing charity. Thank you all again for your support with the craft fairs and supporting this amazing charity.

We will do another one for them in the new year!

Charity Christmas Food, Craft & Gift Market.

Sunday 3rd December- 11.00am-3.00pm
Rathfern Sovereign Centre

Table Cost is £10.00 (To be paid at the time of booking)

Large indoor venue with lots going on the whole week with the Craft Fair & Santa’s visit being the main event.

Please PM stating what is that you will be selling. We try as much as we can to not duplicate tables where possible, however similar items may be allowed if differently decorated or themed to any other traders.

Will be perfect for Christmas themed decorations, gifts, Christmas Eve Boxes, Toys, Food items, Gift Boxes etc.

Some Christmas Dates for you, these are advertised on here first firm24hrs to allow our followers first chance at booking.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your pitch as the Christmas Markets are our busiest.

Please be clear with your message stating which Date you want to book for along with what products you will be wanting to sell!
