The lead-up to Christmas can be brutal for us event pros. Late nights, fast food, next to no sleep—it’s all part of the job. But looking after yourself, even in small ways, can make a world of difference!

Here are our top 3 unexpected tips for staying sane this season, from our team who’ve been through it all:

1️⃣ Pack a ‘survival kit.’
Keep a bag stocked with essentials—healthy snacks, hydration tablets, painkillers, an extra phone charger, and a spare pair of socks. Socks, you ask? Trust us—there’s nothing worse than stepping into a freezing cold puddle in the loading bay. Dry feet = happy you! 🧦✨

2️⃣ Take a proper break.
When everything’s set up and ready, take 10 minutes for yourself. Whether it’s enjoying a hot cup of tea ☕ or stepping outside for fresh air, a quick reset will do wonders before the big event kicks off.

3️⃣ Laugh it off.
The late nights are easier with humour. A laugh with your colleagues or clients keeps spirits bright and reminds you why you love what you do. 🎅😂

We had an absolutely magical time spreading Christmas cheer at Tewin Bury Farm for this year’s Biz4Biz Awards! 🎅✨

It’s always a pleasure to work with the amazing Biz4Biz team, and this year was no exception. We added a festive touch with stunning branded lanterns and table numbers, glowing beautifully in blue to light up the evening. 💙

After all their hard work bringing this vision to life, Clare and Laura treated themselves to a well-deserved hot chocolate 🍫 and enjoyed a festive walk through the sparkling grounds.

This event at Parliament, overlooking the Thames, was truly something special, with our Ignite table centres lighting up the night. ✨

Our Story

With over a decade of experience, Table Art have been designing and developing beautiful, contemporary table centrepieces that are works of art. We design and manufacture all our products in-house at our eco-friendly workshop enabling us to create Table Art to your own specifications. This includes adding your own logo or branding if required.

For many years now, Table Art has helped bring style and sophistication to a host of events including The Ryder Cup, Sports Personality of the Year, Pride of Britain, Sony Radio Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards and The MOBOs. Our centrepieces have lit up venues all over the world including The Louvre in Paris, Dublin Convention Centre, Friedrich Stadt – Palast in Berlin as well as ICC in Birmingham, Old Trafford in Manchester and The Savoy, The Dorchester and Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Centrepieces Table Art prides itself on designing and creating all of our table centres in-house. From the initial sketches to the final design we use only the highest quality materials. Each table centre is then electronically tested ensuring we supply you with completely reliable, stunning centrepieces that guarantee to put the WOW into your event.

DMX remote control You also have the option to control our centrepieces at the touch of a button. Maybe you want them to flash simultaneously or create a wave of colour moving across the room. Perhaps you would like to dim the room in anticipation at your award ceremony, have a complete sudden change of colour or create a moving fire or water effect with the lights.
