25 years ago we welcomed our first client company to Fetcham Park. They chose the Salon as their office which is now a meeting room available for our clients use.

Even though the purchase of the building, aided by local property agents Hurst Warne, was only two months prior, Fetcham Park was quickly established as a thriving serviced office business.

25 years on and the House continues to support many thriving businesses with local, national and international clients.

Taking place tomorrow on December 16th (10am-5pm), the Effingham Festival of Christmas brings together many of the surrounding village organisations to host a festive event full of stalls, music and carols, with the lighting of the tree and, of course, Father Christmas will be meeting the children with his reindeer in the festive grotto. A festive food hall and bar will be open all-day for food and refreshments.

Alfie turns 5!

We're nearing the end of our Christmas countdown and today it's H for History. Completed in 1705, Fetcham Park was built by one of the leading architects of the seventeenth century and its grounds were originally landscaped by the famed designer, George London. With murals throughout by Louis Laguerre it was regarded as a centre for Surrey's high society and hosted many an occasion. Like many great houses, Fetcham Park has had to evolve with the times and today we're delighted that so many people can share in its wonderful past and contribute to its future. Whether it's a home for your business or the setting for a special celebration, it's wonderful to see it being used and enjoyed by so many people some 300 years after it was built.
