💓 Important Announcement 💓
I thought long and hard about going public with this , but felt it was important to let my customers and followers know .
In July I was diagnosed with breast cancer and last week received the shattering news that I have invasive breast cancer which will require treatment comprising of surgeries , and most likely chemotherapy/radiotherapy .
As yet I don’t know the order these are planned for and don’t have a firm treatment plan until the results of further biopsies .
With surgery I won’t be able to work for many weeks and with chemotherapy I’ll sadly be unable to work at public facing events where there is a large infection risk , so ultimately as soon as my treatment starts I will be stepping back from actively working at parties and events until my treatment finishes - This could take up to a year , but right now I just don’t know .
All bookings in the diary will be attended by myself and Mark until treatment begins and then Mark , my husband who works alongside me will be taking over attending bookings, so we will still be providing the same great service .
In the meantime while I have treatment I’ll endeavour to paint tutorials and keep my paint brushes busy !
One last thing … check your boobs, it might just save your life xx
