A fun, festive morning making fabulous Christmas wreaths at The George at Kempsford

The log fire crackled, fairy lights were twinkling and coffee flowing as we dipped into beautifully scented greenery and all manner of embellishments to make Christmas wreaths.
Definitely feeling the festive spirit now!

It certainly doesn't feel like we've been at sea for a month! We've had such fun, met WONDERFUL people and enjoyed every minute. Thank you Saga and your gorgeous guests 😍.

Couldn't have got there without you Melanie Richens O'Halloran Wood Bonner and to my wonderful husband Maskell who has gone above and beyond with extra crafting duties, looking after me magnificently and daily bra putting on duties!

Thank you Melissa Waudby for cutting up my meat, pulling up my tights and being my fierce protector 😍.

Our final day of craft workshops onboard Saga Travel UK - it was all about Christmas!

From block printed sacks in the morning to an afternoon spent leisurely embossing aluminium to create an angel ready for the Christmas tree.

What a fantastic cruise, the Supercraft Cruises team have loved every minute. We've made fabulous friends and even created a few new crafters!

Thank you Saga. We look forward to joining shortly for a 4 weeks trip to the Caribbean.

Yesterday's leather jewellery making workshop was so popular we didn't get chance to take many photos! In the afternoon we recalled our recent visit to Venice and created mardi gras masks, fit for the grand ball. Crew member Noel popped in and made a mask ready for the crew Halloween party. He'll be turning a few heads in his fabulous creation!

A super busy day at sea yesterday.

Passengers enjoyed making block printed totes and quirky Christmas decorations from vintage spoons - we loved all the fun and fabulous creations.

The Supercraft Cruises team welcomed over 90 passengers to yesterday's workshops and we have another busy day to look forward to today. We'll be sorry to wave goodbye to the beautiful Saga Travel UK next week!

As we sail into the final week of a fabulous cruise onboard Saga Travel UK we're fitting in every possible passenger who fancies crafting. Hence multiple workshops running side-by-side this morning, with Jaime teaching techniques to make Venetian Glass Bead Bracelets and Jennie sharing the secrets of decoupaging on oyster shells. This afternoon saw us embossing aluminium to make textured hearts, some ready for the Christmas tree and others made as love tokens!

The Supercraft Cruises team have loved every moment of getting creative with all the lovely passengers. We're looking forward to popping over to Spirit of Discovery next month, then we'll be joining Saga again later in Spring 2024.
