It's with regret that our debut event can't go ahead. We've had the most incredible run of bad luck on the lead-up to the event and after discussing it with the venue and other managers the short story is: We're can no-longer provide the phenomenal experience we intended to deliver.

We're so sorry. This is heartbreaking for us, but there is still a future for Abduction:

The plan is to reschedule the event for later in the year. We still intend to impress you with our incredible décor, brand new lighting rigs, International headline acts and new unreleased music.

You'll just have to keep your eyes and ears peeled for announcements as we relaunch the brand from scratch.

Edd has built himself from house parties, to local nights in Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Blackburn, Durham, Newcastle, Coalville, Chesterfield, and Birmingham, to residencies with Purefilth!, Dirtyfunk, The Howard and Resurrection playing anything from funky house, tech house, breakbeat, techno, tough house, trance and hard house.

Passionate about the music, the scene, the people, Edd creates his own inventive style through twisted funky broken beats, tough house, driving trance and filthy pounding hard house thrashes. His varied DJ sets are put together through the sounds he likes – Dark, Dirty, Funky, Uplifting, Techy – enabling him to create cross genre sets, putting tracks together that you think wouldn’t go but somehow sit seamlessly. Constantly challenging his own talent and technique to bring a fresh, slightly brave way of djing to the pigeon holed masses.

Edd styles have changed over time, starting with the proggressive, uplifting, driving trance he found on the Gatecrasher dancefloor of the late 90’s through to closing hard house sets, via a new found love of breakbeat and techno. Insomniacz and Sin;ergy gave Edd a taste of the harder side of house and trance from the turn of the century. As the harder dancefloors became inundated with a driving techno sound through the naughties, this also influenced Edd’s ear for different music – funky, chunky and giving the music he loved a different edge."

David Nimmo is one of Scotland’s fastest rising talents. Since starting his professional career in 2018 David has quickly established a name for himself. David is a self taught dj and has gained his skills and ability to mix flawlessly using combined effects and techniques after practicing for many years as a hobby since the age of 13. That alongside his energetic style is quickly making him a firm favourite.

Although he has always had a passion for trance music it has only been over the last 2 years that he has made a firm mark on the scene throughout his home country of Scotland and beyond.

David was recognised on social media after performing various live mixes by a local promoter which led to him having his first live gig in April 2018. This has since opened many doors for David as his talent became very apparent to others instantly. From his first live performance David has gone on to play regular gigs supporting some of the biggest names in the trance scene such as Scot Project, Cold Blue, Sam Jones, Stoneface and Terminal, The Space Brothers, Darren Porter, Tempo Giusto, Menno de Jong, Judge Jules, Marco V, David Forbes and William Daniel to name a few. One of the many highlights of David’s career so far has been handing the decks over to one of his childhood inspirations Ferry Corsten. Since then David has been asked to play alongside Ferry Corsten now for the third time. This is a massive achievement for David and a lifelong dream. Another recent highlight of David’s spiralling career was being asked to play at Scotland’s largest dance festival Coloursfest where he shared the stage alongside a massive line up in the Rong arena beside Shugz, John Askew, Will Atkinson, Daxon, Mark Sherry, Gabriel & Dresden, Ruben de Ronde and Factor B. More recent achievements include playing to a sold out arena in one of Scotland's best venues, the galvanizers SWG3 for Colours 25th Birthday. David appeared alongside Key4050, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Michael Hutcheson, Shugz and David Rust. Within a month David was back on the big stage playing his second show at the galvanizers SWG3 for Vini Vici alongside Will Atkinson, Scot project and Jase Thirlwall.

David is now being recognised all over and has gigs confirmed throughout the UK and Internationally. Although David’s passion lies with the harder side of trance he is very versatile and can play anything ranging from progressive to hard trance.

David started his own monthly radio show Disruption radio back in 2018 which airs on the 11th of each month alongside other resident dj’s .This is aired by Experience Trance, a network of talented artists throughout the UK. David's monthly show can be streamed or downloaded on apple iTunes, stitcher, Soundcloud and mix cloud.

As David’s career has progressed he has gained residencies with various promoters throughout the UK.

Although David has been recognised for his skills as a dj his passion has progressed into music production, making his own tracks/mashups/intros etc which he performs regularly in his own live sets. David has been working hard behind the scenes to develop his production skills . David released his debut track Bipolar on Monster Tunes in July 2020. It quickly climbed the beatport top 100 chart and made it to number 2. It made its way to number 1 in Brazil's trance chart. David has future productions which have already been signed to blackhole/afterdark & Allen Watts High Voltage label & Nocturnal Knights Music for release in early 2021. His most recent rework of the iconic track Delerium Silence has already been given massive support from some big names in the scene. You can expect some more big releases next year with lots already in the pipeline.

David has achieved a lot in a very short space of time which is proof that all his hard work and determination is paying off and that he is heading in the right direction for a very successful career in the music industry. Since exploding onto the scene he has quickly gained a massive following and is rapidly on the rise.

This is only the beginning of David’s music career and we expect to see big things coming his way as he becomes more in demand.

Symmetrik are a Young Duo from Belfast, at a young age of 17 they were both separately snatched up by the biggest growing trance movement in Ireland. Well known by the Northern Irish Trance Family. Curtis Lagan & David McCoubrey are the two counter parts behind this rising duo by having a countless amount of experience already. From the establishment of the duo back in January 2019. They have already played at some of the most iconic events in their own proximity and internationally as well. They've played in some of the hottest clubs in Northern Ireland such as; Lush Portrush, Plastik (Formerly El Divino), Coach Nightclub, Fourteen & most significantly Shorefest, one of the biggest dance events in the country. The Summer of 2019 is where it all started to kick off for them, they had the opportunity to play at Captured Festival in Ibiza, which is one of the biggest & Unique trance events in the world, the Duo got to close the event after the names such as Key4050, Ferry Cortsen, John O'Callaghan, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Sneijder, Will Atkinson, Shugz, David Rust and many others. This is an experience they won't forget. Both Curtis & David knuckled down on their productions at the start of 2019 and reaped the rewards. Fast forward one year they were successful in signing their first track with Ram's label Concept, Nocturnal Animals Music. This is one of the most well respected trance labels in the scene, their dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed. They were successful with their first release. They are constantly putting the hours in at their studio making new music and have already secured tracks with labels in 2020. Symmetrik have been growing rapidly around Belfast, they have went from strength to strength already and are one to watch for the future. Their technique and observation has led them to success already and it's only going to get bigger and better in years to come. Both Curtis and David will be consistent with their music and taking their productions & Career up to a whole new level in 2020 and will be a name to keep an eye on.

Starting with 'Scorpius', Renegade System pretty much took over the Hard Trance scene within 6 months and brought back that true essence of the genre! High demand for his services on every hard trance label worth mentioning and picking up massive support from all the major players from UK to Australia, Europe to USA proved that a new hard trance star was born in 2015.

I first started to DJ in the woods of North wales Aged 18

I've now been Djing 10 years I went on to be a local resident in a night Shanti for many years playing along side many great artists ( mutations , act one ) and many others I went on to playing around the UK in festivals and Events such as (Goa Cream ,Tribal Sphere, Faeriepirates, Shanti in London free parties and others) Playing along side many epic artists ( Headworks, Cronyx , Nuky, Lucas, Reagan, Tristan, Laughing Buddah ) many many more I then went on to stage manage Goa Cream an awesome festival Managing a whole host of Nano records Bom shanka artists

I now Own a Full Opus Audio soundystem And organise my own events and now Creating my DJ ALIAS Psilocen Joe

Dj Psylas( Silas )I first came across psytrance at the age of 15yrs when I went to a Psilocybe Tribe forest party in North Wales.
I was bought a set of CDJ 100'S and a pioneer djm300s for my 16th birthday I had one quick lesson from Ash Penter Elf then I just started to try and mix tunes.
I started Djing a some of the early faeriepirates party's in the forest's and really enjoyed the buzz. Since then I have played at Psilocybe tribe Waveform/Cosmo in the underground yurt, Trbalshere, Shanti, Trpicity, the Black pearl.psykaboomka faerie pirates samhain. shanti psykaboomka 2014
I hope to be able to start making my own tunes soon.So if you like what I do have a listen out for me.
